Came here today ³⁄₂₅ and Alma is no longer working there. An Indian lady did my brows (didn’t catch her name) and I came at a very bad time. I ended up waiting for more than 30 min because there were sooo many people there. By the time she got to me, her hands were tired and she didn’t do a great job. Lots of strays.

I can’t let just anyone touch my eyebrows. After moving I started desperately looking for someone professional that would get me and that I would feel comfortable w/​. I went in after seeing this place on my way home and read some of the reviews and I am SO GLAD I did that!
Best place ever! I will definitely come bank again. I’m very, very happy with their work.

I really wanted to come check this place out since it was recommended to me by a friend and I get here thinking that this place is open from the time it tells you && they are closed ?! So I call the number to see what’s up && no answer. Really disappointed that they don’t give any information on their lunch schedule && make people drive to their location to show up to a closed shop. Maybe I’ll try next time.

This review is based solely on their inconsistent hours of operation. I really wish I could rate this location based on their work as this would’ve been my first time trying it. According to Unilocal,and the sign outside their business, they are open 1030am-​730pm on Mondays. I am here now and the location is closed. The business next door advised they close for lunch. Please update your business hours as this is a waste of time driving to a business to find it closed!

I am very picky when it comes to having my eyebrows done. I only go to one place for almost 3 years, and that place wasn’t open, so I decided to go to this place. It was a good decision, the lady did a Great job at shaping my eyebrows.

I’m pretty amazed that my eyebrows have some shape. I’ve been avoiding getting my eyebrows threaded for a year or so. Alma was beyond great, she listen to me and my needs. Plus gave me extra points on what she could do with my eyebrows.
I’m so sad that I didn’t take a before picture to show you all how much I needed this.
She gets extra points on price and overall amazing atmosphere. I’ll be coming back here from now on.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Had been letting my eyebrows grow out for months since my eyebrow lady moved to Artesia & I don’t trust just anyone w/​them. I decided to stop by since this was just right up the street from my house. I badly needed to get a clean up and slight reshape as my left eyebrow didn’t match my right thanks to an out of town shop. I asked for Alma as all her reviews were great & a friend recommended her… WORST mistake ever! She didn’t listen to ANYTHING I asked for. She completely thinned them out even after I told her I wanted to keep them thick and cut my right eyebrow in an arch instead of straight like you’re supposed to! I am now missing the top of my right eyebrow. When I asked her why she had done that and pointed out exactly what she cut off (keep in mind I was still trying to be nice at this point) she told me she had to cause of the way my hair grows. Complete bs, my hair has always grown out this way and no one has ever had to cut it in an arch to fix it! She also told me I had to respect her. I not once disrespected her, just simply ask why she had cut my eyebrow to the point where it was now non existent. She needs to LISTEN to her clients and do as they ask instead of cutting them off, getting defensive and catching an attitude. Looks like I’ll be driving to Artesia to get my eyebrows done by a REAL professional who gives their clients exactly what they ask for and listens to their concerns!

Ahhh-​mazing! When it comes to my eyebrows I am extremely picky. I usually drive all the way to Baldwin Park from Montebello just to do my eyebrows. But I thought I’ll give this place a chance to see if I can find somewhere closer to home. I’m so happy I gave this place a chance because now I don’t have to drive all the way to Baldwin Park to do my eyebrows :)

When it comes to brows I am VERY picky! They either make or brake your face. My mom saw this place and wanted to try it and I was very skeptical about it. I was used to going to lily who used to work at c&t nails for waxing. And also I stopped threading because everywhere I would go went to thin on my eyes and gave them no shape. My mom came and tried this place and I liked the outcome so I finally went in to give it a try. And I met Alma, oh my gosh she is a lifesaver! She is the best I highly recommend everyone comes here and have alma fix you up. I don’t trust much people! I am so grateful that I found alma! And they are very inexpensive!
I brought my very picky and bestfriend in and she is the type of person that will find any little thing wrong, she gave me such a hard time on taking her to get her brows done just anywhere but she trusted me and went and she loved her outcome. She could not believe how nice they came out and how there was actually a shape to them.

I’m new to the area and I have been looking for an eyebrow place and I have found it. Thanks to Alma for doing a wonderful job.

Just got my eyebrows done here for the first time and I’m really picky due to bad experiences at other places but I love how they came out thank you alma :)

I drove by to try out this place. I have thick eye brows with an arch and I like to keep them thick and it’s usually hard to find a place that won’t take to much off and try to make them thin and try to make them rounded. Needless to say it’s hard to find an eyebrow place. Tried this place and the woman was very quick and made my eyebrows super clean.

Finding a place that does great work on your brows is hard, not to mention trusting someone. I read a few reviews and walked on in… I have to say I LOVE my brows! Alma did a great job and her customer service is fabulous!

I love the threading job! Service was quick and the girl that worked on my brows was a total sweetheart. Will be back in 2 weeks for a touch up!

Great service and very nice people. I absolutely loved it compared to other places I’ve been too. It’s definitely the best I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The furnishings are sparse, there is no cucumber water or New Age Music playing, but don’t let the nondescript strip mall fool you. The SERVICE here is first rate. ALMA does a great job. She knows what brow shape fits my face and doesn’t try to convince me to go beyond my comfort level. The prices are fantastic. Brows AND underarms for under $ 20! Don’t forget to ask for their rewards card. Definitely worth the drive!

You guys must give a try and its a plus knowing that they have very affordable prices, you will find henna tattoo service as well after 10 visits stamp on your visits card you get 11 visit free.
Hurry give them a try you won’t be disappointed. ;)
