Premiere Custom Silk Screening

Earlier this month, I had a last minute idea that I would ask 5 of my closest friends to be my groomsmen. We all love baseball, especially the Dodgers. So my plan was to design 6 shirts, including mine, to wear to the ball game. I was recommended by a friend to talk to Tony to see what he could do for me. This last minute idea was 5 days before the game so I had my doubts that the shirts would be ready. But Tony had them ready in 3 days and besides the great price, there was also professionalism in their product. I was sent an email a day after placing my order to preview my order. I adjusted a few things and 2 days later… I had half a dozen cool shirts. Thanks again Premier Custom.

My Daughter’s school had a Cancer Awareness Day and she needed a shirt to get embroidered for the event. Victor assisted me and gave my daughter the best gift ever! Not only did we get awesome, fast & same day service but kindness and understanding. We shared our daughter’s cancer survivor story with Victor and he related with our situation. He went out of his way to make it perfect. We are blessed to have found the best Embroider Company Ever!

As a last minute gift I decided to buy my daughter a chef coat and have it embroidered. This was all on a Friday and I needed it embroidered by Sunday. I called many places and all told me it would take at least 5 days turn around. I called Première and they told me to come by before 6pm. I arrived around 5pm that Friday and explained what I needed. Not only did they say they would do it but charged me less then any of the other places I had called. The coat was ready for pick up the next day and it looked beautiful! They helped make my daughters birthday extra special as that was the gift she loved the most!
On a side note, I had spent all Thursday evening trying to find a place that sold the chef coats. Finally found a place and had to drive there during lunch to buy it. I mentioned that to Victor at Première and he said he could’ve gotten that for me too! Next time I need anything I will call them, first. Great service and great work! Thank you Première!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Brought my daughters cardigan vest to have her name embroidered and school patch sewed on. Brought it in on a Wednesday was told it would be done in 2 days. Called 5 days later because we hadn’t received a call back to pick it up. I was then informed that the vest was MISPLACED and they’d call me back in a few minutes when it was found. 2 hours later still no phone call, so we call them. We didn’t get any apologies for the mishap. We were told it would be ready the next day, no problem. I go to pick it up the next afternoon and it’s still Not done. At this point it’s already about a week since I’ve taken it and it still isn’t finished. I asked for a refund and took the vest and left. It was a HUGE waste of time. If someone is reading this and is considering bringing their uniforms over from uniformity, DONT! So unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. The girl in the front is incredibly rude (over the phone and worse in person cause you actually get to see her rolling her eyes). They didn’t seem like they were interested in helping. Who knows maybe they were having a tough couple of days, but I also work in customer service and I would NEVER treat anyone like the way I got treated here. Even if you are not able to do what is requested, there’s a way to communicate with the customer other than «well sorry see ya.» Ended up printing the shirts myself, did everything they said was impossible to do (I guess not so impossible right?), and they came out perfect. News flash guys, there are hundreds of places doing what you do, so you might not want to be so rude. Regardless, thanks for the minimal effort, wouldn’t come back here again.

I came across this location by chance searching the net today. I needed a job quickly done but more so professionally done today. Stopped in and turns out he advised me the best he could do was Tues. Since I had no choice at that time I took the offer. Later that day Victor calls me and tells me the jacket is done. I was in shock on the quick turn around. When I arrived I was amazed by the detail which was taken on the project. If you want a great job done in a timely manner then come here. If you want something cheap then don’t even bother. You get what you pay for and here the job was well done. Highly recommend.

I needed had a last minute order for my nursing class sweaters so I came to Première and they came to the rescue! Everyone was so pleased with the quality of work! Victor and Tony helped me step by step through the process giving input and ideas but still listened to what we wanted! I will definitely be back!

Première came to my rescue today when another store on Whittier blvd. didn’t have my shirt ready as promised. This was a very important gift for my husband’s first half marathon. Première turned around my shirt same day right before closing. I appreciate the customer service and understanding… this is how you do business!!!

Victor is top notch. Did a custom shirt for me and pulled out all resources available to get what I needed done. Will definitely do business with again in the future.

A close friend of mine coordinated a design for t-​shirts, tank tops, etc. The quality is amazing ! If you ever need a screen printing of any kind, hit them up! 5 stars all the way :)

I was introduced to the shop through a friend who had been working on coordinating a t-​shirt order for our club. Victor was very helpful working with me to source the specific size and quality of shirt I was looking for. The design work and quality of the screen printing was second to none. I look forward to getting more club designs done here in the future.

It was hard to find a screen printing/​embroidery shop that stayed open after I got off work during the week. I found them after searching Unilocal and asking different places their price points via phone calls and emails. I decided to give Première Custom a try. Victor and Tony have been nothing but awesome to work with. They cleaned up and vectorized our artwork, showed us a sample beforehand then put our logo and letters on shirts and tank tops. They did thermal heat transfer for 30+ shirts for us. They’ve been in business for awhile and I can see why! We will be back for more thermal heat transfers and embroidery work! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything screen printed or embroidered!

Victor is amazing! I went to three different places to have ONE shirt done for my son. It was my moms last day of chemotherapy and wanted my son to surprise her with a shirt that said «grandmas last of chemo» and every place told me that they needed 2 – 3 days an advance to have the shirt made. I went in and victor got it done for me ASAP. My mother was more than thrilled with my sons shirt! They really made my moms surprise brunch so much better.

Came here for my daughter’s softball team shirts and they couldn’t deliver on the date they said they would be ready, but I really liked the work they did so I gave them a second chance. I ordered a custom hat for work and I was told it would be ready in a week, well 18 days later and a few excuses later no hat. If I promise a customer something and that customer has been accommodating I would have the work done as promised. Sorry I’m not a large account, but you lost a small sale and any future sales I would have used you for and my buddies at MUSD. THANKS FOR THE REFUND. Best part of the transaction.

I am so pleased with Première Custom silkscreen and embroidery. I was going a little nuts trying to find a place that stays opens later than 5:00. I found these guys and they were nice and accommodated me and stayed open to get the job done. I highly recommend this place. Victor was nice and very informative. He made sure to print out a copy on paper before we did the embroidery to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Very professional and overall very much impressed with this place.

Had a great experience here. Walked in to get a few shirts done for my daughters birthday (my little pony theme) and a weeks later went to pick up the shirts and I was in shock on how great they came out. It was more than I expected. Now can’t wait to place my order for my other party in March :)

It really hurts me to do this one … Ok so a few years back I walked in to this T Shirt shop. When they first opened, and thought «Hey Ill give this place a shot». I love supporting local indie Businesses.
The owner was a really nice man, was able to help me, and was very reasonable with their prices. I had ordered a short run of T shirts for my employees and was very impressed by their quality. Turn around time was pretty fast. Cool…
Now fast fwd to the present. I walked in again with high hopes of receiving that same experience, and more this time, since I was looking to do a much higher run (amount) of T Shirts. But to my disappointment that did not happen. The new young guy who is running the store did not give me that experience.
Now as a business owner my self I give every customer my undivided attention.
Now granted he was the only one in there working the shop so I get it. But there is a way to excuse your self from one conversation to pick up a ringing phone, and telling another customer that you’ll be with him or her in a minute.
Now the young man wasn’t rude. Its just that I think he doesn’t have that customer service experience down to a tee yet., Which once again as a business owner, I would not leave such personnel alone in a shop to deal with walk in customers.
Prices:
Ouch !!! As we started discussing prices I was shocked how much they were charging per shirt and set up fees. I have been doing research on prices. and In my findings I have noticed an increase in rates. But they were trying to charge me top dollar on their shirts. I had to walk out, and take my business elsewhere. I really wanted to do business with them. But I just felt that their rates were waaayyyy
too high.
I went down about five blocks East. And found a T shirt shop who charged almost
45% less of what Premier was trying to charge me.

Recently, I’ve needed to get some shirts. Being that I’ve known the owner, Victor, for decades, there was no question on which silk screening store I’d be spending my money.
Both occasions I have used Première, I have been very satisfied. The first was to purchase an individual shirt for my friend. Being that they have a great selection of shirts, that was no problem. Next I had to order a bunch of shirts for a school club I advise, and sure enough Première came through with quality shirts at a great price in a resonable time frame.
There’s not a lot of times I need to get custom shirts or, say, embroder a jacket, but, if the occasion ever arises, I’ll be back at Première.
