This new location is nice, also the service is great, not even a long wait. Okay prices on frames. been a customer for over 5 years.

Wonderful staff and fabulous Dr. Dr. Zamora and her staff are all very attentive. It took me forever to pick out my new glasses and they were so kind and patiently helped through the process. The place is very modern, classy and very well kept. Loved their new place! Thank you ladies!!!

Late afternoon I called to inquire about pricing and scheduled an appointment for the following day. I thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks but was so glad I was able to get in right away. The staff was incredible helpful over the phone.
Fast forward to my appointment. I was greeted promptly and filled out paperwork which was brief. Waited roughly about 5 to 10 minutes. Jessica Barajas was incredibly sweet and talked me thru what she was doing. Shortly after, the doctor came in and addressed all my concerns. Doctor Zamora was so incredibly patient and thorough with my questions. I was beyond pleased with my visit here. My mom joined me for my appointment that she even scheduled an appointment.
I highly recommend doctor Zamora and her wonderful staff.

Amazing experience here. I had a Groupon, and live & work in LA, so it’s a haul to get to Montebello. They were very accommodating with my appointment time, which was so helpful! The exam was well-​done and efficient, although I would have loved to get another contact lens exam, just to make sure my contacts were the right ones for my eyes still. Dr. Zamora has a great manner, and I found the entire appointment delightful. It would have been great to have a larger selection of glasses frames to choose from, but I found some that worked!
Parking is super easy on side streets and right out front on Beverly each time I’ve gone. I so wish that they were open earlier! I just drove about an hour this morning to pick up my frames that arrived, and they didn’t open until an hour later… so I had to drive an hour back to LA. Should have checked, but 9 – 5 feels standard.
Overall, clean, calming office, great doctor, easy 4 stars.

Me fascinó esta práctica. No ha sido fácil encontrar un optómetra que hable español. Hacer la prueba en inglés, con lo complicado que de por si es concentrarse en la prueba y contestar que si ves mejor en «este o aquel», se hace más complicado. La Dra. Zamora fue muy atenta conmigo, paciente y me aclaró unas dudas y preocupaciones que tenía respecto a un historial familiar de problemas de vista. Su staff fue muy amable y me atendieron a tiempo. La recomiendo 100%.

Amazing amazing care! I was having headaches at work every time I was using the computer for a while. I explained it to Dr. Zamora and she took care of me. Very knowledgeable and caring. They guided me thru each step and helped me learn how to improve my vision in different ways, and reduce the headache pains from forcing my eyes too much. Thank you!

Wow! Very impressed by this place. Not your average Dr.‘s office. The staff is super friendly and the Dr. knows what she is talking about. Made my visit very simple and explained everything I needed to know. I found out why the occasional headaches and was able to pick a cool frame for my new glasses that i will use when i’m front of the computer for long periods of time. Loved the technology they had and that all was done quickly and right then and there. Accepted my insurance and I had to pay almost nothing for my new glasses and the consultation. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve taken my mom to different optometrists for the past 10 years and this the first time somebody takes her times and performs a complete assessment of her eyes and possible conditions due to her age. Dr. Zamora is very professional and caring. Highly recommended.

Full disclosure… I know the doctor here… and I kind of hate her. I hate her because she’s awesome and smart and an all around great person and not to mention a doctor that cares about her patients. Maybe its more like thinly veiled respect disguised as hate but whatever.

I’ve used glasses since I was five. So needless to say… I’ve had MANY optometrist visits. That being said, I know what good service is and I’m extremely excited to have found this place!
Let me begin with the décor. It is AMAZING! I’m a sucker for an office that looks super neat and clean. It speaks volumes. Well this place does just that!
Second, the staff is great! They’re very professional and are very helpful. They greet you with a smile and answer all your questions without making you feel like your asking too many. Ha!
Lastly, Dr. Zamora. She is the BEST!!! She thoroughly explains everything and answers any questions you may have. It’s really great to go to an optometrist who genuinely cares about her patients.

From the beginning you can see that this isn’t your typical optometrist office. It has private parking and you are greeted by cordial people. The place is clean and neat.
Dr. Zamora is very patient and has great energy, even for some one who is very sensitive and can’t even put on eye drops on like me. She is very experienced and takes her time explaining the issues and options. She’s a true professional who I trust and refer friends and family to.
They have a large variety of lenses you can choose from. They have economic frames to high end like Gucci, Prada, Versace etc. They truly take their time helping you choose the right fit for you.
I can’t believe I was being overcharged for exams frames and lenses at those chain mall stores. Never again! Dr Zamora is where I get my optical needs now :)

I had a great experience at Montebello Optometry! Dr. Zamora and the staff are amazing. I had a very thorough eye exam and she explained very clearly what was wrong with my vision, now I know! I always have problems finding frames that fit me, this was not the case at Montebello Optometry. They have a great selection of styles and sizes.
I highly recommend anyone to pay them a visit and while you’re at it get your eyes checked!!!

For the past few weeks I’ve been having problems with my eyes because I’ve been working extra hours in front of my computer, casually last week I received a coupon from Montebello Optometry with an excellent offer so I decided to visit Dr. Zamora. I have to say once I got in I was totally impressed not only because it is an amazing and sophisticated office but also because the professional staff made me feel confident on the procedures and they answer all my questions with a smile on their faces all the time (100 points for that), now I’m wearing my cute glasses (btw I got them also there, they have a great variety of models) and my eyes are feeling relieved when I working my extra hours. Thank you again for your professional service and charisma.
PS: They are bilingual!!! (English/​Spanish) Bravo! Another extra 100 points for them.

I Hadnt had an eye exam in about 8 years, so needless to say I was due, i found this place through Unilocal Because it was convenient for me and i must say it was a great experience! Dr Zamora was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, her staff friendly and efficient, they had a great selection of glasses as well! Five stars all the way!!!
