These guys are the worst. I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. Their print work was very inconsistent. None of the colors matched and the print was sloppy to where there was color bleeds and misalignments. I tried getting a refund or reprint. They emailed me saying that it’s completely normal that it happens. wtf!!! So I emailed them back like 3 more times within a month. No reply. This is one business that’s going to go down and get crushed based off their customer service and print quality. Pathetic.

GR Print has been my trade printer for the last 3 years, after tons of projects there has been a consistent service provided with their products and the pricing is some of the best in the industry.
For people who are not in the printing, design or creative industry this place probably is not for you, but if you are professional looking for great outsourcing with drop shipping, then GR Print is definitely a great solution for west coast business!
Worked with Teri on a couple issues and every single problem is handled with a correct solution.

I don’t get why everyone is complaining about customer service. They are straight to the point, always treating you like you treat them. If you are courteous and polite, they will treat you the same.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Terry, who must be the owner, is very rude and disrespectful.
I started doing business with GR before I check their Unilocal and I made the biggest mistake. They never answer or return phone calls.
I’ve placed 4 orders with GR and 3 of them took over a month to complete. Recently, I’ve been in contact with them because I have an order of 8,000 business cards and I placed the order over a month ago. I got an email from them today saying they can’t complete the order. That’s pathetic!
This «print company» doesn’t even print in house!

I think GR is great. I know that they work hard at it. Because I work on there equipment. I installed the printing press for them. So they are not a broker. I see them day and night working on very nice projects. Maybe the problem is that a print broker with 5 yrs of knowledge has never real been in the printing world… A point and click kid never had to really print a working job. Maybe for this type of customer needs a 3D printer That will make everything for you at home. Anyway can’t see them being bagged on…

To Bad there isn’t a one star option. I’ve been through several printers from Partner Printing, Zoo Printing, 4 Over, Color FX. This one by far takes the cake for the worse customer service and disregard for customers orders. Please don’t take my word for it, based on reviews from others, i see they feel the same way. If anyone is trying to get their stuff printed. Their Go elsewhere stay away from GR Print. Zoo is in 2^nd so they are not any better. So far the only that has helped is Color FX, but their prices are a bit higher.

Good quality products at a great price. As long as you follow the template guidelines you are good to go! I accidentally got charged twice due to confusion on their website, but I was refunded my money after making a call thankfully. Affordable products done at a quick turn around time

Horrible Customer service… They took my money but failed to process my order. Terri lacks customer service skills and is borderline disrespectful. On top of that they refused to refund what I paid and charged me $ 25 to cancel… for what… Nothing was accomplished. What good is having a good solid business concept if your customer service is garbage? The staff needs an attitude adjustment because it seems like they all hate their job.

Worst customer service from Terri… she is rude, doesn’t understand the business, and talks back like I am not even a customer… don’t use this print house. BAD SERVICE!

The WORST Customer Service — Will NEVER do business again
You would think that with the plethora of printing solutions/​operations out there that anyone would be chomping at the bit to help get a proper quote to a client.
Will leave it to this — I touchbase with them directly as I do not see what I need on their self-​service online store. Terri writes back and tells me that they cannot do one of my jobs as they are not equipped for it — I ask for referrals to another printer — responds telling me they do not do it but that I should google other printers. AS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE THEY CAN REFER ME TO!!! Please!
Next project I ask for a quote — I need precise specs as most every time I send something in to them based off their online specs they get declined — NOPE, Terri tells me to go online and do it. I ask for a link. Responds telling me to go online.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PRINTER. NOT ONLY THAT THEY OWE ME $ 400 FOR WORK THEY NEVER DID!!!
Get a clue — sure it is the age of the internet, but that doesnt mean you can be a lazy ass.

Being a print broker myself with over 20 years in the print industry I know this company very well… And I know for fact they do print in house and are not a broker. I’ve been there many many times But some of their materials are printed in their other locations. I agree they are understaffed and overworked, But just like many other print firms I’ve worked with they usually start off like this. Overnight prints was a mess I stopped dealing with them since they stop printing in-​house. America’s printer used to have a shit hole of a location And now they are in a very nice place. Usually always get the best work and the best prices from the places with the not so nice exteriors. Don’t expect a nice lobby don’t expected to be greeted and don’t expect a phone calls to always be answered. They run on a skeleton crew here. 95% of my orders go through fine. A few percent have problems in the reruns. Only had a few orders out of thousands that had any customer complaints. So could they be better? of course.
Wanted to comment on other reviewers that seem to not have a clue. Joshua, they print cmyk not spot — if you send a white file for a transparent card, you get clear. Simple. You need to know your printing process and file setup before you order. Of course they would t refund for that. Try refund printing problems not file problems

Possibly the worst print broker/​company I have ever experienced. I have been in the design industry for over 13 years and this has to be absolute worst company ever. Email replies are slow, trying to talk to someone on the phone is non existent (you have to leave a message to get a call back). one time I was told they were «under staffed»…really!!!
They dont print in-​house. they say 4 – 5 days but mean 8 – 10 days.
95% of the issues have to do with their printers and they screw up a lot.
They always try to blame you so no reprints are issued.

I’ve been ordering from GR print for over 3 years, my last date of doing business was 01/​11/​2013.
Let me make sure everyone understands that GR PRINT does not print in-​house. They are a broker like many affiliates I am evolved with. How do I know, because every single time I have ever order from them, all my flies bounce back with either transiency issues or incorrect dimensions or files not outlined or god knows whatever else, which they claim is there printing partners in china who are conducting that side of the business. Now if your a print shop, your in-​house designers would justify the issues on a timely matter and would understand that like my other vendors, the files are all capable for printing use.
Now keep in mind I’ve been in the design and printing industry for just over 5 years and have dozens of other relations with brokers, vendors, etc… and it seems that GR is the ONLY broker that has bounced practically every work I have ever done. Now, this is not my biggest challenge.
My biggest challenge is getting the product back on time, always 3 — 7 days return to the additional return promised date. 2^nd, there cutting and quality process via business cards, stickers, etc… is a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ gamble. and lastly, and most crucial is there customer service. NO ONE IS EVER AT THE OFFICE!!!
I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED THEM DUE TO ISSUE RELATED INQUIRIES AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES, NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT, NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY YOU TRY TO REACH THEM. IN ORDER TO CONTACT THEM, YOU HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL, THAN WAIT EITHER A MINIMUM OF 5 HOURS FOR SAME DAY CALL BACK OR MOST OF THE TIME 24 HOURS FOR A REPLY.
GR Print one of the worst companies I have ever done business and take it from someone who has been in a relationship with them for over 3 years, you do not want to use them. Never again GR, I have given you to many opportunity and 2^nd chances!

I have been a customer of GR Print for a few years now. I order business cards and flyers for myself and my customers alike. I have been mostly happy but last week their customer service department really let me down.
I ordered poly frost business cards (translucent plastic) that was to have white sections as well as transparent sections. The .tif file I sent over clearly had both white areas and transparent sections. Nowhere on their site does it specifically say that white would not be printed. This ended up completely ruining the cards and not displaying my company logo and left the QR code I had embedded without a white background. The cards are useless.
When I called and emailed customer service I was pointed to some vague sentences about cmyk. However nowhere did it say anything about poly frost cards not having white printed on them. Apparently if I had done just one shade off of white then the art I’m missing would have been printed.
Terri in customer service refused to re-​print the cards with the missing art and also refused to issue a refund. These business cards are useless as is their customer service. Stay away from GR Print and find a printer that will work with you, or at least supply proper disclosures for file setup on their website.
GR Print has just lost a $ 100 to $ 500 per year customer, and earned a bunch of bad reviews over a single $ 42 order.
