They changed ownership. Been coming here for years to pick up flowers. Same quality of flowers. Always leave a happy man. Prices are actually pretty decent compared to some other Montebello spots. I wont mention any names because I hate being negative. Flowers are a steal here. ;)

Manager on duty was very rude, she was ignoring customers and playing piano(if you can call it playing) but the florist was helpful.

I order some flowers for my co-worker she tear up, when she received them… They’re so beautiful worth the price! It’s under the name of Kenney’s now. Very happy! Thank you keep up the good work!

I used this florist(which I believe is now Kenny’s) thinking it was still Franco’s, but I was very pleased with their service. The lady who answered(and I’m not exactly sure why other reviewers made a point of stating her ethnicity) was very helpful and nice. She helped me choose a wonderful option to make my mom’s birthday extra special. I had to make a last minute change in the time of delivery and she was VERY kind and accommodating, my mom’s flowers were delivered right on time. They were lovely, fragrant, super fresh and amazing. One of the best bouquets I have EVER purchased. Thank you for all your help, I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!

Very disappointed. I purchased(very expensive) flowers for my girlfriend yesterday, today they are dying. Unfortunately I will not go back.

THEYSELLDEADFLOWERS! Yes, one of their arrangements was delivered to me for my birthday. Within the hour the flowers were dead. Roses falling off while the rest were withered. I called them to complain about the dead arrangement. I was told to bring the flowers down to get them replaced. As I waited I noticed they were selling more dead flowers to coming customers. BEWARE: If they sell you dead flowers, get prepared to get yelled at by Asian bitches. Yes, the owner will yell at you for her failure to provide you with fresh flowers. She made a huge scene with other customers around. They are very rude. There’s no way of arguing with them for they lack the proper English language. Communication will not help.

DONOTGOTOFRANCO’s!!! I sent me sister happy birthday flowers and when she received the flowers she noticed they were already dying … It was so bad that the roses heads were weak and falling off! Shit my back yard had better roses then Franco’s.I also asked for 5 balloons and she only received 2! I will never go there again!

Was looking for a local flower shop to buy flowers for my mom and aunt. I don’t know much about flowers and I just specified that I would like one bouquet of purple flowers and another with colorful ones. The man at the register asked me flat out how much I wanted to spend. I said I wanted to look around and find a nice bouquet that I liked. But he insisted that I answer his question about the price. I felt a little pressured because I didn’t know exactly how much I wanted to spend yet but I threw a sum out there that I thought was reasonable for 2 nice looking bouquets. He nodded and walked to the back to start working on them. From the back he asked me how I would like the them, what colors, etc. I waited about five minutes and he came out with two nice, big, colorful bouquets. As I saw them come out I defiantly felt that they were worth the price. They were truly beautiful and fresh. I also got one of those cards and the holder for free to write a note for my mom. The process was quick, easy and I believe I was charged a fair price. He only charged me a few dollars more than the amount I had stated. I will be coming back here for all my gift/flower needs. They have lots of cards, stuffed Teddy bears and those little balloons to stick in the flowers. I believe you can find anything you are looking for here.

My brother ordered a Mother’s Day flower arrangement and paid for it. My job was to pick it up. Considering it was Mother’s Day, the arrangement was ready for me to pick up. Also it was very nice arrangement. I like giving my business to local business’ and I will come back again.

So here I am reading these great reviews for this florist in Montebello thinking finally… a local florist I can depend on and use on a regular basis! I see their website and think«ok, I can drop a little over $ 200 on flowers for my mom and 2 sisters this weekend as a nice Mother’s day gesture» but based on the following I just asked that my order be cancelled. I will stress: I never even got to the flowers and sadly, being a business enthusiast, most people don’t understand that this can be the most detrimental to ANY business no matter how great your product is! 1) Call back feature on the website, doesn’t work… led to a 45 second wait followed by a dead line.(I thought«minor flaw, I’ll just dial the number, no big deal») 2) Customer service… wow, how do I explain this… horrible nonetheless, she was cold, mechanical, and demanding, but altogether just plain rude. When I asked for something on their website by name and order number, she said, «The numbers don’t mean anything to me, describe what you want…» Wow… Overall she maintained a good tone, and she sounded confused when I said«Please cancel my order, I’m not satisfied with the customer service…» I think more people need to use this phrase when we’re not satisfied and not conform to cruddy customer service. I truly hope the owners of this place read this, I feel I should complain to someone else, but really… they need to take the time to see who represents them… and if this was the owner, all I can say is WOW!

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Shopped online, but order was completed by phone. I described what I was looking for and was given a recommendation. The arrangement exceeded my expectations. I recommend this florist without reservation.

I just ordered a funeral bouquet and what was sent was absolutely gorgeous. I ordered online and it was very simple to order. They were very true in sending what was pictured. If anything, the bouquet was nicer, more elaborate than the picture online. I like that they have their own designs too. The roses and other flowers were good quality and the recipient family loved it too.

Franco’s Florist ROCKS! They have the freshest flowers and make gorgeous arrangements! Speedy delivery and a «can do» attitude! I would recommend anyone to buy from them… I plan on having them as my preferred florist if I ever get married… Any takers? HAHA Michael, Leo and staff… THANKYOU!
