My brother and I came here to check out a new mustang, we waited outside nobody came out. So we went inside and we asked for help. This woman named Cielo Came out and was so rude! She was starring at my girlfriend and I with pure disgust. Homophobic much? Whatever. Point is they were so unprofessional, everybody who works here was so rude. I don’t know what was worse the fact that they looked at us with disgust or the fact that the woman «assisting» us went to the back and told her coworker we looked like «ghetto window shoppers» stay away from this place, if you’re looking for a ford go to Cerritos! Those people actually care and are professional!

I drove from Woodland Hills to find the car I wanted, you had it in spades and worked out the details that met MY NEEDS not yours! I purchased a Mustang and had couple time maintenance from here. the sales man Jesus and service guy are so great, they’re friendly and helpful, way better than another dealership（1 alhambra dealer ship: that’s the first place that I try to purchase 2015 Mustang, but the sales seems like not interested even i’d like to put 20k down pay and i knew my credit is qualified;2 puente hills: i moved to la puente, so i think all the dealer ship have same good service, but I was wrong, all i can say, the service guy attitude is not friendly, feels not comfortable

When I first started my car shopping I had gone to another ford and it was horrible! The customer service at the first Ford dealership was horrible and the salesman was not willing to work with me at all!
Brad, Max, and Luis from Ford of Montebello are great! The second I got there I was approached and attended to! I was so indecisive between two of the cars I wanted and took FOREVER to decide! They were extremely patient and tried their very best to make sure that the car I purchased met all my needs! I ended up getting the perfect car for a really good deal! The customer service is great! They were very quick to make an appointment to install my alarm. It’s only been a few days and I have already been called to make sure I’m happy with everything and thanked for my business!

For the second time in 10 years Kenny has provided my family and I with great customer service as well as a very good price. A mustang on 2006 and now another mustang for 2016. Kenny was patient, answer all of our questions and was not pushy, something we liked. Thanks Kenny. See you again soon for another mustang lol

I just leased a 2016 Ford Fusion on Thursday, and I love it! Luis, my salesman, was so friendly and patient with me and didn’t make me feel obligated to do anything. Brad, the assistant sales manager, was also really great to work with. He tried really hard to get me a great deal was not pushy at all, and was with me until the very end. Regal was also great and very knowledgeable, and he made the process simple and quick. All 3 men were very informative and answered all of my questions. Garland, the sales manager, also came in to congratulate me and he seemed like a very nice gentleman. I love my Ford Fusion!

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with any type of business. After the sales person said he could take at least $ 300 off the car he comes back that now he can’t do that anymore and then the kicker is that they have to remove some of the things that come with the car to sell it at the price they were advertising. They failed to mention this at after several communications over the phone and in person. Seems like the logical thing to do would be to have that be the first thing you tell someone. The situation just screams of unprofessional and shady business practices. Hopefully this helps future consumers realize to stay away from this place. There are plenty of businesses out there that want your business who are professional and trustworthy. This just happens to not be one of them.

I serviced my sisters Tahoe with Miguel. He did an amazing job. It was quick and easy. It was serviced at another dealer but they didn’t do the job right. Miguel is very knowledgable and friendly. I’m glad I brought it here. I recommend Miguel to all.

My sister’s Ford Focus was giving trouble. Drove here to fix the issue. Issue was fixed. Ivan was very patient, professional, and helpful. He made sure he called to update about the car. Extremely pleased with the service given by Ivan. THANK YOU! (:

I am going to start looking for a new place to get an oil change. Had an appointment for 7:30 AM; was told it would take an hour and a half cause there two cars ahead of me.
It took 2 hours. And it cost $ 60. Apparently, they are under new management and they are now charging extra for any oil change that requires more than 5 quarts of oil. So I paid an extra $ 15 for 3 quarts of oil. (My 5.0 takes 8 quarts).
Good thing I had a coupon for $ 39.99. If not, I’m sure the bill would have been in the $ 70s.
Oh, and they didn’t wash my car because they conserve water on Tuesdays. Thanks Ford of Montebello. Awesome experience this morning.

Came in for an F150 and these guys took care of me! very professional, process was very straight forward and fast. Kenny, Rigo and all the sales people there are very nice and eager to help. I have been coming here for ten years and have never had a bad experience.

When we get their, the finance manager, Steven Sandoval was talking to the front desk or his assistant lady?
The finance department is a completely joke, never return our call, and lie to you all the times, each time we have to drive over 50 miles to just talk to them. When my friend get his car here, they got things wrong, small things, serious stuffs, called in several times, no one return our call, we had to come there twice to get everything resolved. And unfortunately you have to come there AS a GROUP to get things solved, or their attention. If is only two people, they will ignore you.
LIE 1:
I called in at 17:17 ask them to call back, but based on their past behavior, we went there regardless. We got their at 18:10, Steven just came out from the office, cause of course, they are always busy with their new customers and NEVER CALL YOU BACK is their standard procedure.
Beginning our conversation (Quote from finance manager Steven Sandoval)
«So you are here, I don’t have to call you then.»
«I just finish my meeting with the last customer, I’m going to call you, but I got a customer here, can you wait 25 – 30 minutes?»
Oh really, your last conversation last more than 40 minutes, but you are only going to give your new customer 25 – 30 minutes? And say this load out in front of that particular customer? After your lovely conversation with the front desk lady? Either that is a lie to us? Or you decide this new customer in front of you is not worth the same amount of the time as the one just left.
LIE 2:
Apparently they finally realized our present is not a good image for their «new business»
When I ask them why don’t they return our calls,
«I’m going to call you, but you just came in.»
Oh really, you just ask me that if we can wait after you finish with your new customer, that’s like 5 minutes ago… or even less time?
All the calls prior today is not happens?
«I didn’t get the messages, but every time they come I helped them.»
Yes, we have to COME TO FORD MONTEBELLO to let you tell us go back and wait?! Because we have to get here over and over to your dealership to get what belong to us?
LIE 3:
The finance manager Steven Sandoval told us the check they (their accounting department, according to Steven) wrongly send earlier had needed to sign by the OWNER to get the clearance (The finance department send our check to the lender, FORD MONTEBELLO told us they have to wait the bank send that back, and then they can issue that back to us, well the wrong check is dated on ²⁄₂₃.).
Because we were talking in front of another customer (who are ready to talk to the finance department) they are trying to get us out their show room, Steven:
«I’m with customer right now, the check need to be signed by the OWNER, can you come back tomorrow?» This is in their show room in front of the other new customer.
HOW DARE you ask us to come back? This is our 4^th trip for FORD MONTEBELLO’s mistakes.
So considerate three of us 50 miles on my car and the traffic time is about 2 hr. Each time we went their we are losing 2hr * 3 of us * $ 9 bucks per hr for SoCal’s minimum wages, combined with 50 miles * $ 0.575 (based on IRS milage rate 2015)
2hr *3 people * $ 9/​hr + 50 miles*0.575 per mile = $ 82.75
That’s basically that is the cost of us to went there each time! So times 2 times for three of us went there together, that
$ 82.75 * 2 = $ 165.50
And my husband went there with our friend 3 times,
2hr * 2 people * $ 9/​hr + 50 miles*0.575 per mile = $ 64.75
$ 64.75 * 2 = $ 129.5
$ 129.50 + $ 165.50 = $ 295
Not including the interests on the money they own us.
This is how much money (minimum) you have to plan to lose for try to get their mistakes to be fixed.
We left with the check we should get over 1 month ago, after about 10 minutes, so it does not required to sign by the OWNER now? You can suddenly give us that check now?
LIE 4:
Steven said they know nothing about the check, they did not send the wrong check in the 1^st place.
«I don’t know anything about it, but we didn’t send the check,» yet you hand the copy of that check to my friend last time?
When I mentioned that he gave the check to them last time,
«We only handle the finance, the accounting department send the check.»,
so they just send the money to whoever they want to?

1: i got my car back and there was all this white stuff on my valve cover my car was very hesitant when i would excelerate on the gas they said if your battery isnt fixed it will not start day before i took it there i left my lights on and needed a jump tripple a came and i told them please replace if bad they said it was ok. the symptoms it was displaying were not there before my car was taken there. it seems as if they put water in my fuel tank beacuse those are the symptoms no start and hesitation they blamed my battery so i had to get ton of fuel injector cleaner and heet and that went away
2: my car takes 5w30 they put 5w20 and never consulted me of changing my oil to get my consent at all i had to go buy more oil and change it out right away no excuse for that beacuse my owners manual was in the car visible.
3:right after they worked on it my car had misfire in cylinder 4 witch is a easy fix although my check engine light was on and the service manager said you have so many miles this happens but ive had the same coil pack for months and nothing a shop worked on it before and after they did work all of sudden its misfiring a little strange
overall do not come here the service advisor is a great guy tho very helpful i think his name was fred something with. a F.

Came in for Fourth of July to see what kind of deals they were offering. I was helped by Nizar Abaasi and he showed me some vehicles. I got a great deal on a used Edge and negotiating the price went smoothly. They even through in the warranty for a reduced price. As a military member I appreciate great customer service and that’s exactly what I got from this dealership.
I wanted to verify if I was getting a good deal on the vehicle so I made a few visits to two other dealerships and called three others. None of them could beat the offer I was getting at Montebello Ford. Sure enough, no one could beat that price. It was a satisfying experience.
The facility was also well maintained and all the workers looked busy helping other customers. I was offered bottles of water when waiting for service which helped out a lot. I felt comfortable being in their and did not feel intimidated at all. They made me feel like I was in charge. It was a great experience which is surprising because I usually hate the car buying experience.

My dad had been looking for a truck for a while, so he asked if we could browse a couple of cars.
This really nice sales guy, Saul, was extremely patient.
Helped us out through the process. Spoke with his managers and was able to offer a decent payment plan.
I am satisfied with the service that was provided to us.
The other managers and supervisors were really nice and not aggressive like most sales people tend to be. :)

My younger sister was on the market for her first car and in true defiant-​little-​sister fashion, she went against my advice and dragged our asses to this dealership.
She had a large down payment and wanted to see if she could be approved to finance $ 2k more at most. So she set her little heart on a white Chevy Cruz listed on their website. Once we got there, we were greeted by Nizar Abbasi who said, yes the vehicle she had seen was available at the price that was listed except it was a manual transmission not an automatic as listed online. He said the system automatically listed all cars as automatic. Bullshit. That’s typical dealer crap to get you to the lot. I should know, at some point in my life, I worked for a Chrysler dealership and at the corporate headquarters of a HUGE Japanese car company (hint they are moving to Texas y’all) so don’t try to bullshit the bullshitter homie.
We were ready to leave, but what do you know? They have another Chevy Cruz that happens to be automatic and $ 6k over my sister’s budget. She test drives the car and I asked about warranty. Nizar really tried to tell me that the car had manufacture bumper to bumper warranty for 5 years 100,000 miles. I said that sounded like standard POWERTRAIN warranty not bumper to bumper which typically is your 3 years 36k miles unless, of course, your purchased extended warranty in which case most of that coverage was for powertrain anyways. He said no, bumper to bumper was 5 years 100k and covered everything in the car. That’s a whole lot of bullshit. If your radio decides to KO at 90k, guaranteed no one is fixing it for free unless you are an excellent customer to the brand and they one time goodwill it. Carry on.
Let’s fast forward to them getting her inside the building into one of their little dungeons of hell. Nizar bullshitted her application to get it approved. She is a college student, working part-​time retail and this dude wrote she made over $ 2k a month even when her paystubs couldn’t justify the other $ 1600 missing. He said she could say she got paid in cash… Really? Dealing drugs or standing in a corner? Who the fuck believes that?
Anyways, they got her a «great deal» by financing her at a ridiculous interest rate (she has NO CREDIT remember?) so that $ 16k car itself (which was a high price as it is) was going to be well over $ 25k once it had been paid off… in 6 years. But good news! She would only be paying $ 200 a month! Might as well get a new one. Duh.
I know she was overwhelmed with two men in there so she decided to go for it. I personally wanted to kill her, but hey, to each their own. We move over to the finance department where she was told the vehicle had been a rental. Oh hell to the nah… that explained why a 1 year old car had 36k miles on it. She was ready to walk out at this point, even the finance guy told her she could. This was her first car! She was near tears and stressed out of her mind. One of the sales guy came in to pressure her more by telling her that there was nothing wrong with the car because it was a rental. I’ll tell you what I have done with rental cars and taking great care of them was not one of them.
She ends up signing the contract, handing over the cash, and they are left feeling victorious because they sold a car at months end. I could tell my sister was not happy and at night, she had a breakdown when she realized what deep shit she had gotten herself into. Then a day later, the transmission starts slipping on the car. I felt really bad for her but maybe this was the lesson she needed to start LISTENING to me.
Our prayers were answered when a few days letter she gets a letter from the dealer saying they couldn’t find any bank to finance her (no shit Shirlock) and that she needed to bring the car back. Friends, this is a common practice in dealerships called Spot Delivery. They let you drive off the lot knowing damn well you won’t be approved, then they will send you a letter telling you to bring the car back. Once you do, they will save you the «embarrassment» and let you keep the car but you will need to put down another $ 10k or get a higher interest rate. I advice you get your own financing before stepping foot in a dealer. (End Rant)
Once at the dealership (again) we were told the finance guy had quit and that’s why they had sent that letter because they ran out of time but that she could keep the car if she put paid x amount of dollars more… Yada. Yada.yada. Nice try suckers, this time my patience had been tested one too many times and I told him negotiations were over. We handed him the keys and told him we would leave once a check had been cut in the exact amount of her down payment including the ridiculous insurance she paid for. They wasted some more of our time but finally she walked away with her money.
Morale of the story: Stay the hell away.
