I haaaaatttee shopping here the employees are lazy rude and they follow u and stare at everything ur looking at… I was looking for jeans and the moment I grabbed a pair the lady went back to fix the jeans… while I was still standing there… There so obnoxious… And the won’t offer a price that u see online that say in store and online to something on clearence or reg price because they forgot to take off the racks. Came here 1−2nd time to exchange and forget they will not let u exchange for another color it has to b the same thing .like hello that’s the reason y its called exchange… I hate this avenue and the customer service will never shop here again!!!

I LOVE shopping here — but the customer service STINKS. I inevetably have some kind of customer service issue EVERY time I shop: —- item on wrong shelf so not on sale as posted so they won’t give you sale price(their responsiblity, especially when more than one on that same shelf) —- exchanging is RIDICULOUS. Try exchanging the same item for another color or size. They say unless it is EXACT — you can’t do it. Rediculously UN – customer service mindset and the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard — no other store does that! —-ATTITUDES are horrible. No expectation of «customer always right» whatsoever. If they do help you — it’s begrudingly. Training starts from the top. I have called the 800 number — got a token«I’ll give you 20% off your next order.» How about RETRAININGYOURSTAFF. Now, I’d rather shop on line or do my best to get in, get what I want and get out — hopefully without anyone talking to me.

This was my first time at an Avenue’s. I came in looking for a plus size bathing suit that had a little bit more coverage. The bathing suits were just«ok» looking, I did find 1 cute one. The clothing selection wasn’t very«youthful».
