The bread at all subways are stale, it’s like eating card board that got wet then sun dried. Horrible bread! Don’t they know it’s the foundation to a sandwich. I’m the fool for continuing to patron their establishment. Do something about your frozen“so called fresh bread”.

Staff is usually very friendly. Sandwiches have always been on point. Cleanliness of the dining area however, is totally lacking. I know there should be a mop and bucket somewhere. Black sticky streaks all over the floor are so unappetizing.

The last time I went to this location a man was pan-​handling inside. The employees did not know what they were supposed to do. I get the sympathy especially on a hot day. It made for an uncomfortable situation for the people I was with. The pan-​handler was either off his meds. or high. The lack of an equilibrium was the clue.
The food lost some of its flavor as a result. But seeing how I was looking for a salad, it did not have that large of an impact.
Some protocol training would help this location. It has a good staff who try hard.
