The girls here could really use some customer service lessons. It seems like they were trained without any sort of customer service lessons. If you don’t want sass with your sandwich you should go somewhere else.

came here to get a breakfast sandwich with egg whites and when i got bk to the office the whole sandwich was so cold i called and spoke to Carmen she stated its ok no problem i can make u a new one i told her ill go in another day because i was in the office and i couldn’t leave she stated it was fine. i went bk 4 days later and i asked the LUPE she states she is the«MANGER» i asked her if the other girl told her what happen we go there all the time every morning she knows a few of us from the office very well… and she said i cant give u a sandwich u need to bring me the cold one bk and i can make u a new one. i told her after so many days u want me to bring u the old one bk its in the trash it was so nasty so said well sorry there is nothing i can do for u. i asked to speak to the manger and she said i am the manger and i cant give u another one i was so upset why would i lie about that $ 4.05 is not going to break the company’s pocket !!! they just lost the whole office customer service we all rather drive a lil more up the st by target and give them our money. the owner needs to hire more friendly and welcoming people with good customer service… i wouldn’t even give them 1 star they need a –10 !!! and the Restroom smell so NASTY!!!

I went here on monday to this subway today and the ALL of girls who work there gave me a hard time. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and the girl Gabby gave me a bad attitude. I told the other girl lupita i think was her name? She gave me a dirty look. These girls should have better customer service if they’re going to be in a mad mood. On top of that my meat was cold. Its was disgusting. I recommend to go to a different subway.

Kept repeating my order and somehow the girls didn’t understand. When she took out the bread it had been cut already and it looked like it was 7 in so she cut some off instead of giving me 1 extra damn piece of bread she would rather throw it in the trash. When she cut it, it ended up being 5 inches long she cut off too much. I was so mad! Never coming back here again.

This time was alot better :) different team of workers and they were alot more professional! Was not able to get the employees name who made my sandwich but she was pretty cool! Wish she had a name tag on so i could properly thank her for the awesome job! Oh well! Anyways im happy this visit hopefully it stays this way

Worst subway experience here. I had to remake my sandwich once i got home. The chicken was still cold after toasting so i had to microwave when i got home. The bread was soggy so we had to use our own bread and toast it. Employee Demitrius was so rude, «What do you want on this?» Surprised he has a job. DON’T GOHERE.

This Subway is horrible. Not only the worst Subway I have been to, but possibly the worst place period. The staff is not only rude and unpleasant, but also they do not seem to know how to do their job correctly. Many of times I’ve had to show them how to make the product. I do not work for Subway, why am I training them? I remember once I was told I’d have to pay extra to add chicken on a sub that comes with chicken. Yes, they are in fact that brain dead. Fun game I play however. Anytime one of my friends tell me they are going there, I make them a deal. If they can get the staff to smile, I will pay for their sub… Haven’t had to pay yet! It’s like they hate the world and everyone in it, because they work at Subway. Quit, or do your job. It really is that simple. Ok, my rant is over. But do yourself a favor, pick a different Subway, there are plenty of them in the area!

I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. I’ve been here about 10 times in the past year. It’s always clean. There’s different types of seating. It’s close to Montclair Mall. Their chip rack is well organized. Staff seems to be always doing something as well as watching incoming traffic. Considering there were a lot of customers when I came, the line was fast. It’s a pleasant atmosphere. Light music paying in the background. My food was good. I’m definitely coming back with the kiddies.

I’ve only been here twice and both times the staff is completely rude. I’m sorry but you work at subway stop acting like your hot shit. There’s no need for the attitude, I mean it is your«job» to make my sandwich so don’t get mad at me that you have that job! All the employees must be friends because they all have the same snobby attitude. Everyone do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes to a better subway!
