Rrc Fabrication and Speed

I met the people from RRC at the San Dimas car show last year. My uncle had just passed away a few months before leaving me a car. After talking to them i was interested so i looked on line but hesitant about dealing with them from what i had read. i could not believe that this was the same people i met at the show because seeing some of the cars that they built including the mustang that won best of show .I went over to there shop witch was in upland at the time a couple times to see for myself. i began to feel comfortable. i first had them do disc brakes and then mentioned a electrical problem i was having witch became a full wiring job (a brand new wiring harness was needed) they promised me two and a half weeks but it took a Little longer it took about 3 weeks and a day everyone in the shop got sick because of stomach virus running going throw the shop. the price was fare. i asked about other projects some big some small some looked like they had not been touched i was explained some projects are longer and some shorter, The shameful part of it is what i found is some people don’t realize that when people don’t pay for the work its hard for them to work on the vehicle. i guess after reading the complaints people don’t understand that they are the biggest part of the problem. i have come to the conclusion that if you pay for your job in a timely manner you get your job done in a timely manner. Would i recommend them yes and i have, i plan to have them do more work on my car i hope that this helps all that read this, there always two sides to a story and this is my side

I dropped off my car here to get some work done he took alot longer than expected but the end result was worth the wait did a really good job.

Stay far away from here. I (as many others) am having to dump much more into my ride after having Bill f*** it up. They charged me for a crate engine and gave me a used one… The glass they installed is cracked… My tires were all flat… My bumper is missing… They sold my old engine and tranny without compensating me for it… And that is all just the tip of the iceberg.

Not only does he talk a big game, he can’t deliver! Took my ford pick up in we agreed on a price and time frame of 3 – 4 months. On Month three I asked whats going on, and it was EXCUSE, one after the other. My truck sat, sat, and sat! Around month six I said I want a refund or I am having a tow truck pick it up. He calmed me down and said, no give me a month. It was another five. I had to babysit this guy and his crew! I finally got it back after fourteen months, way over estimated. It was a custom job I was told would take 3 – 4 months. What a lie!
I paid him cash and he tried to pull a fast one and gouge me for another few grand. I didn’t fall for it and took my truck to the body shop. That is when I learned all of the work was below par! I had to pay $ 1250 to «fix» his so-​called «quality» work. What a hassle and would never recommend this shop to anyone, unless of course you want to bend over. Stay clear of RRC! Promises are broken and work sucks! BEWARE, and don’t say I didn’t warn you!
All of the above is TRUE! I am really glad I moved on! All I can say is BEWARE! Feedback speaks for itself.

Spent a lot of money here. Ended up having to take my car to another shop to undo what Bill did to my car.
