Been searching for a good cleaner that uses organic cleaning methods for winter coats. Other locations have ripped our coats and lost belts. We will definitely be back here for our spring/​summer clothes.

We’ve been going to Reliable for over 20 years. Can’t imagine going to anyone else. They are indeed extremely reliable. They have very high standards which is reflected in the wonderful quality of the cleaning they do. They also do terrific tailoring. Everything is very fairly priced.

I started using Reliable because their seamstress is AMAZING! She hems all my jeans and does denim finishing to perfection. After my jeans, I started having her tailor my suit pants — including my Burberry business suit. I am never disappointed. Because she’s so fabulous, I started using them as my primary dry cleaner. They’re a little pricey, but I don’t mind because of the quality that they offer. They are very friendly, though the seamstress can seem a little intense — she’s just very focused on her work and very good at what she does. I can see her wheels turning when she’s presented a more complicated task than a hem. But they always give reliable estimates on time and pricing. Again — so worth it! My favorite seamstress and my favorite dry cleaners.

A top end dry cleaner with top end prices. Stopped going here. The prices are outrageous as are most dry cleaners in Montclair. Brusk service to boot. No thanks.

The best dry cleaners in Montclair! We bring anything from suits, sweaters, work clothes, etc. to Reliable Cleaners… and we love them! They are honest and cater to your anal dry cleaning needs! On staff is a seamstress, who was highly recommended to us. They even package your clothing in cute sweater bags!
