Showed up on a saturday night.- let me write that again to emphasize the day and time SATURDAY NIGHT.
Young man working the floor (alone), my wife asked about a particular shoe and he gave her a snide half assed response that was intended to belittle. Sorry guy, i dont work in your line of business– so i found what i was looking for else where. I’m done with this place.

I received great customer service by both sales associates on 01−28−15. They went out of their way to special order me shoes when I didn’t like any in the store and they didn’t carry any for my small feet. I can’t wait to receive them at home.

Customer service sucks. I came in here on a slow Monday night. There were three employees all surrounded by the cash register. They didn’t acknowledge me what so ever. They were too busy discussing whether or not they should get season passes to Disneyland.

Bring your own socks to try on boots… the store is full of socks and we can’t use 1. I prefer to shop for work boots else where. But they have a larger selection of woman’s sizes. Return policy not to good either. So make sure it’s the shoe you will not need to return!
