Owner Jes G has been in the beauty industry for 15 years and a master colorist for 8 years. She has worked with some of the leaders in the industry such as: Sebastian International and Aveda. She is now excited to be working with the next big thing in hair color, SCREEN INC.

Today would have been my first appointment here, but I got a call at noon saying that they had to cancel. I called back to explain that I had an event tonight and I really wanted the cut, color and blow dry so anyone else could do it. Unfortunately no one was available and next week wasn’t looking good either so I rescheduled for the next day. Upon realizing that I can’t go tomorrow I called back and got the answering machine. Called back a third and the receptionist was very rude saying I shouldn’t be upset that the hair dresser got pink eye. I let her know that I’d prefer a place that was more accommodating to their cancellations. Plus I recently grew my hair out and I was looking for a place to frequent often. Definitely not here. If you have a groupon, cancel it and find a place that values customer service and has the resources to accommodate their clientele.
