We cater back yard parties with awesome tacos’s that include rice, beans, homemade fire roasted avocado salsa. We also include, grilled onions, grilled chilies. Special request can also be accommodated including bacon wrapped hot dogs or cheese quesadillas stuffed with meat, cheese, a fried over easy egg and some chorizo.



We cook exactly the same way we would at our own fiestas. Why? Because we’re fat.

History

Established in 2013.

One day there was a party at my house where the taco guy left his cart at my house for days without picking it up. I wasn’t impressed with the tacos and thought I could do better. I made tacos the way I would have made them in my own house. I didn’t cut corners and put my heart in it. As a big guy that knows good food I understand what it means to put my reputation in the line for this. That’s when Fluffy J’s was born.
