Bathworks Instyle

Beautiful shop, gorgeous fixtures, very helpful and friendly employees. Dominick and the owner (I think he was the owner) spent time listening to my requirements and found me a beautiful pair of sinks, just right and at a decent price.

What a beautiful experience, and a breath of fresh air. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and customer-​focused. My remodel is in stage 1, so my purchases were for just a small half bath. No doubt when I get to stage 2 that will include two large baths, I will be back. I needed something in a hurry, and they made it happen and made it look very easy! Great experience, great selection, great people.

My wife and I are remodeling our master bathroom. We purchased all our fixtures and sinks from Bathworks InStyle. The employees are courteous and conduct themselves professionally. The show room is clean with a variety of functional faucets and showers on display. I dealt with Ron. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find some better alternatives to what I originally wanted. Unilocal has the price range listed as pricey. I disagree. I priced out what I wanted on amazon and Home Depot. Ron either matched or beat their prices. I think if you do your research and have some prices to show them you’ll be ok.

We just moved into our new home in Claremont, and wanted to have our master bathroom fully remodeled. So we hired a contractor but the person they referred us to for tubs and fixtures, did not have the selection I liked so my husband and I decided to look for a place ourselves. We happened across Bathworks Instyle in Montclair. We were happy we did. The place is VERY nice. It is a beautiful store. Has a wide selection of items at a reasonable rate. Depending on your budget you can find almost anything here. I brought my contractor to see the place and she was taken aback by the fact that their stuff actually works! So you can see how the water runs out of the shower heads and fixtures. It was very informative to be able to see exactly how the water will feel when you have it installed. Ron is the owner and he is extremely helpful and nice. Everything went smoothly (except maybe for the tub we had to reorder for a particular reason), but he went out of his way to make sure his guy would deliver it to our house as soon as it arrived. I truly recommend the place if you are in need of remodeling your bathroom. They have kitchen stuff too but I think it’s more for the bathroom. It is a fairly new place and deserves a lot of attention because it is the only one of it’s kind in the area.

My wife and I recently completed two bathroom remodels and before construction began we spent quite some time traveling to numerous kitchen and bath shops throughout Southern California to find the right pieces for each design.
Just before we pulled the trigger on the hardware purchase we stopped in at Light Bulbs Etc in Montclair to select vanity lighting. As we were discussing our project with staff at LBE we found that they were in the process of opening Bathworks Instyle two doors away! As it turned out they were able to supply us with every product we’d previously selected and the pricing was extremely competitive.
However, the most important reason we chose to do business with them is customer service. Light Bulbs Etc has always had outstanding customer service and we knew that would transfer over to the new business as well. Our remodels are now complete and the customer service got us through the project smoothly — lots of pro active communication and problem solving.
