The customer service at this place is just HORRIBLE. I called in ahead of time to let them know I was going to be showing up in the afternoon. I drive two hours to this place to find out the wheels I requested weren’t there. I waited over three hours for my rims to arrive and to be installed. I had to cancel plans I had for the day and to top it off they try to low ball me for the current rims I had on my car.
You’re better off just going to Factory Reproductions nearby. The only reason I didn’t go there is because they couldn’t order since they were going to be closing.
