Came in to get my speakers fixed & they gave me a great deal! Great customer service & good deal, it’s worth coming.

Don’t go here bad installation job amp not even grounding promised old wiring removed it was not. Had my car from 11 – 7 at night and did a terrible job with corners cut wherever possible here currently waiting for job to be fixed rating my improve after that maybe

went in because my unit’s screen turned off, all it needed was a reset because no well in hell a pot hole jolt could fry the whole unit when the backlight was still on. after their inspection, they had advised that the whole unit was bad and pushed me for a new purchase. i told them i didn’t want a new one and just the old one would suffice, kept trying to sell me a new one telling me that the old one can’t be fixed. i went ahead to change it and then took the ‘old’ unit to another shop to check and see if it’s really bad. the other shop plugged it in and it turned right on with absolutely ZERO problems with it just like i had suspected.
they say they value return customer, they really don’t! they scam you into getting a new unit when the old one had nothing wrong and just needed a reset. will never go back there again!

I came in to get a subwoofer and amp install (kicker) and they give me a great deal for my Audi A3. My car sound awesome thanks to Kevin.

My boyfriend gets there early to buy s new system and have it installed for him. at first it was all good they made a deal and the guy says he’ll need the keys to unlock my boyfriends car. thing is theguy takes the key from my bf and unlocks it doesnt give it back. then doesnt say anything till my boyfriend asks if he could just get his keys back. the guy says no and that he’ll have to wait till it gets done. so ofcourse like anyone else at any repair or installation shop you always think of your cars well being when it comes to others having it in theyre hands so my bf just stares at the guy cos he straight up lied in his face cause the guy still had the key in his hand, already had it unlocked and saw that no one was even working on it yet. so he goes accross the street to kill time. comes exactly 2hrs later guy says it isnt finished yet. my bf then goes again and comes back hr an half later and guy starts having him pay for the installtion. guy doesnt even swipe his card he just holds and says we cant accept your payment. no problem bf gets his emergency card and hands it to the guy .and the guy says the same thing then says we cant accept your payment because of the wiring done to your car. you have to get it installed somewhere else“
now my bf just had enough of theyre bs because he knew how his wiring was before he came in theyre shop. he said” ok that fine just remove the unit and and put back my old one then give me back my moey that i already paid you and i’ll be on my way” the guy goes up to another employee they start talking and then the guy comes back and say «ok we’ll remove thw new unit and return the old one for you but you’ll have to pay for it to be remove and to have the old one put back in on top of the labor we did awhile ago when we tried to i stall it «lol funny huh?. it gets better my bf just raises his voice and says «are you serious?! you guys refuse to finish the job just because of the wiring and now your gonna charge me for the that and to have it removed and have the old one in back. just the part about the wiring is insane cos my wiring wasnt messed up when i left my house this morning». guy then says «sorry i dont make the decisions here i just follow them .
anyways. all the idiots just started showing there real shandy colors. they held my bf and his car for almost another hour. and for almost an hour my bf and the repair guys start arguing about how to pay off everything. my bf says he’ll pay cash he jst need to go back to the car and find the nearest atm but the guy refuses every deal my bf had they refused until my bf said «fuck this bullshit keep both of my units then just give me back my car !» they agreed to that deal took both units and left my bf with his unitless cars. :/​. greedy and manipulative people these employees are i hope they get hit by karma soon cause i bet there still alot of people being robbed from these guys !!

Extremely pricey and the salesmen here have bad intentions. They will take advantage of you. Save your time and money and go to best buy to get better deals and better service.

I would recommend coming here. First and foremost, these guys didn’t bother vacuuming the car when they were done. Carpets were dirty, and the car was not left how I turn it in. Second their audiosonic amplifiers suck ass. Within 2 months, the amplifier went out and kept going out, horrible! The amplifier only has a 1 yr warranty and and the damn thing cost me $ 300. 2 stars is what I’m rating them.

Came here to get some sounds and an alarm installed in my ride. «Chris» hooked it up. good prices and they went straight to work. This is the second vehicle I have had audio work done on at this shop. I would definitely come back.

Its been almost 3 weaks since I finally got fed up after coming back time N time again and dumping more money here. after my experience here I didnt think I could trust stereo shops like this ever, the difference between An honest shop and ADVANCED (RIPP-​OFF) stereo is like day and night, had my stereo system redone at (VISION AUDIO) MY STEREO ROCKS NOW clear not cutting out like before and they show me step by step what they di and why, my wiring now looks so profesional, I only wish had went there 1^st, advise from someone who got ripped off by advanced stereo, do your homework and do a little research, before coming HERE to this THIEVES!!!

It’s been a little over a year since I have done buisness with these guys and I have not come back since. First off I got a groupon deal for 40 dollars off so I thought hey why not. The reviews were pretty good so I gave it a try. I went in and I spoke with the owner to ask for a total price on the install of my viper alarm and remote start system. He told me that if I gave him a good review on Unilocal he would take money off the total price and put his best guy on the job. I agreed but I had some questions and wanted to make sure they wouldn’t use certain wire connections and splices. The owner told me to give him my keys and to go talk to the installer. I waited for him to come to the front to get my car and when he was getting in my car I confronted him politely about my concerns. He went around me. Got in my car and put his hand up at me to show me he’s blowing me off. I should have taken my car back right then and there. I went in their shop to talk to him and he ignored me. I had to talk to one of the other installers that was the only semi accommodating person there even though he didn’t do the install. He had to answer my questions because the other guy told him he refused to talk to me. Can you believe that? They butchered my car! I spent alot of money and at the end I brought it back twice once because they said they installed something that they didn’t. The other time he said I didn’t leave the shock sensor for him in the car and when I got in my car it was on the front seat where everything else was. It was the only thing left on the seat. I didn’t take it back a third time cause at this point i was done with the whole situation. So I ended up redoing the wiring myself. Which made me upset because the whole reason I took it to them in the first place was I didn’t have the time. They don’t even deserve one star. And I forgot to add this. Sam and Chris are not necessarily the ones I have a problem with. It’s the ones doing the actual install. Sam told me he would always warranty the work. But here’s the problem. If the installers are doing terrible work. Why would I even want to come back in to get the same poorly done job Redone another time just as poorly. My advice to you sam. Get better installers and I’m sure your buisness will do better.

This place will try to take advantage of you if you do not know the ins and outs of car audio equipment. If you know the price of the piece you want and aren’t afraid to haggle with them you can get some work done. But in my experience with this place is that they will push the low end no name stuff as a deal then mark up the quality products. I went in for a sub and amp installation estimate without any knowledge. When I brought it to my friend he set me straight and I never went back. There are no prices and they seemingly come up with the price at the register after some button pushing. You gotta look out for places like this.

My experience with them was very poor. I went to them for a 10″ sub/​amp installation for my brother’s new car. They tried to sell me a Kicker COMP for almost double the MSRP. After arguing and haggling, I got them down to a reasonable price but later found out that they didn’t include installation, which I specifically told him to include. They got the best of me by never writing it on the receipt. It was my fault for assuming that I was dealing with a man of principle. Long story short, I ended up taking the products I purchased to G Sound to install. Highly do NOT recommend to this place. Especially to someone who isn’t educated in this field cause they will attempt to rob you with a smile on their face (Don’t fall for the calculator discount BS they try to pull).

If you go make sure you deal with Dennis straight up guy always willing to help, he is the one that’s directly responsible for making sure everyone is happy. He will do what he can to earn your business he definitely has mine

This place is just awful they will rip you off! Everything that they say is lie! Not willing to work with you in anyway! The receipt says no refunds but only Exchange or store credit and that’s a lie too they will not give you a exchange so something you like or is better for you… It has to be something that they want to offer you!!! I DO NOT Recommend anyone to buy anything from here! And the store manager Dennis he is horrible customer service he doesn’t care what the customer wants or says he will just ignore you if you talk to him! I really don’t recommends this place at all!

WARNINGdon’t come here I got ripped off by Chris I pay over $ 1700 for a $ 600 job and items they’re going to want to show you eBay prices for the stuff that you’re going to get but somehow” there gonna jack up the price on other stuff in the end they’re gonna rip people off !! This is how they do it they’re going to see how much you can approved if is 1200 1600 or whatever for some reason everything comes out for whatever you get approved maybe $ 100 a top of that that’s what happened to me. After I got ripped off I spoke to my brother he told me you shouldn’t never gone there because they try to do that to him. I got a (1)ken wood touch screen (2) 4 speakers on my door
(3) one 700 watt amp (4) One 12″ sub. Plus The wires and labor work. Now does that sound I should’ve paid $ 1700. Best thing to do is look around compare prices.
