History
Established in 2015.
Located on Sag Harbor’s bustling Main Street, Chef-owner Matthew Guiffrida launched the new Muse in the Harbor in March 2012. Guiffrida spearheaded restaurant renovations and design, the first major revamp since JLX Bistro opened previously in 2004. Highlights of the original Muse have moved to the harbor, including, «its cozy, inviting milieu, its friendly yet highly professional wait staff, its adventurous but rewarding international menu and… an affable, experienced, creative chef-owner,» as described by Richard Scholem of Long Island Pulse. After much success of Muse in The Harbor, he opened Muse @ The End in Montauk in 2015.
