Fishbone Safety Solutions

This lab is located right next door to the S&B Engineering and Construction hiring office. It is where you will take your physical and/​or drug screening to get into working the refinery that is near by.
Stand procedures you should practice of course. Don’t toke for at least a year before you come in here because they will do a hair folicle test. Make sure you wear your cleanest tighty whities because you will have to drop them and have your testicles fondled.
There is a flat screen in the lobby for your waiting and viewing pleasure.
Staff was pleasant and not as degrading as the staff by the Deer Park location. Maybe those goofballs over there should take a little lesson from the professionals over here.
If you are heading East down I 10, you get off of the Mt. Belvieu exit and turn left (under the underpass I believe), Heading to the West you would take a right at the light after getting off of the Mt. Belvieu exit. You will be heading kind of North, it will be on your left hand side about a mile or two.
