The Color Whisperer

I recently moved my business into a new office suite and painted it using The Color Whisperer’s line of paints. The paint is not only top quality but on top of that it’s recycled paint — which means big cost and environmental savings. I chose the colors for my office by selecting one of the color palettes that Jeanette designed which made for a super simple way to get a great combination of colors for my office. The result is an office that is both professional looking and welcoming!
I have used Jeanette’s services in my home in before when she helped us to make some minor changes to our furniture and then selected some new colors to make our living space reflect the warm welcome we wanted to feel in our home (and give to our guests as well).

Jeanette is an amazing color expert. She spoke at my meetup group Decorating with Mixed Media on color and I was surprised at how much color affected her life. Her book is easy to read, full of great information. I had no idea that color affects you so much and also the colors you wear.
I had her look at my master bedroom and she gave me some advice that really changed the look of my room. I had some red molding and she suggested that it was too dark. I changed the molding color and went much lighter and the room was completed changed. Your eye no longer went to the crown molding but the whole room and so the room also affected me. I love the lighter color. I also painted the bedroom walls since they were a light peach color which was no longer working for me.
