Mount Olive Self and Rv/Boat Storage

Pretty simple straight forward storage unit. Sometimes the entrance and exit gate doesn’t work, but the frustration really allows one to bond with their fellow frustrated storage mates.
I was trying to get rid of my unit after many years with them and I inquired whether they have a dumpster to make the process easier. In short, they don’t but the employee was pretty condescending in informing me of that fact. According to her, their policy is «you bring it in, you get it out». Not an unreasonable policy, but in my opinion customers should sign up with them informed of that fact, and the rude lady should be kinder to her customers.
Also there are marks that indicate that someone has tried to break into my unit. I’ve never had anything stolen and this isn’t necessarily the company’s fault, but it is a bit unnerving and security could be tighter.
