I’m always extremely pleased when I’m in a show that Mike Quain is photographing. His eye and the photos he captures are stunning and really aid me in booking the next job. I’ve also really liked when I had the opportunity to shoot with him at his studio; will definitely come back to him the next time I need to update my portfolio.

Mike Quain is a phenomenal photographer! He’s been my photographer of choice for the past 20 years. His images are amazing! He is creative, personable, professional, and a joy to shoot with. He’s done shots for my modeling portfolio, head shots of myself and my kids, music videos, beauty pics, etc. There is nothing he cannot do! He works extremely well with children. He’s very patient and knows how to get them to focus. He has an impeccable eye. From lighting to backdrop to retouching, he’s the best. My music videos have been well received by the music industry. He directed and shot both videos. They look like they are big budget projects because of how well they are shot, the editing and the quality of the film. I get a ton of auditions off my headshots and my son booked a national commercial! Mike is definitely worth every penny! Mike is one of the most amazing photographers we have worked with in Los Angeles. Going on a decade now in this business and having worked with a multitude of photographers, Mike’s headshots of my son have garnered the most attention as far as obtaining auditions… absolutely essential for all actors as your headshot is your calling card. As a producer and publicist, I refer people to Mike as my #1 choice on a regular basis. Mike is one of the few photographers who will give you a unique looking result but also will listen to what YOU want. Unfortunately, many top L.A. photographers have their own idea and will absolutely refuse to listen to what you want thinking they know better. That is irritating when you are paying several hundred dollars for photography, touch up and printing. Not only does Mike listen but he does not charge an arm and a leg for shots. His prices are extremely reasonable, considering the amazing end result. Also, it is very easy to get an appointment, unlike many other photographers, and Mike is so accommodating. I have no problem recommending Mike’s services. He is INCREDIBLE!

Stop Searching for a photographer! Mike is awesome! I’ve know Mike for a couple of years now and besides taking some great shots of my wife who is a professional dancer, he gets unique shots, he’s flexible and works with you.
