Ordered the new Turkey sausage and egg bowl… I waited longer for that while at least 4 people inside and several drive thru patrons came and went. Very slow! They did give me fresh hashbrowns.

Did you ever want someone to bring your food to your table? At McDonalds? Now they do! Impressed, for sure. Bright lights, 50’s music, a wide mix of people sounds like a great party, but just an average night at the McDiner. If they only could fix the women’s bathroom lock. Like actually put one in! And redecorate the bathrooms, as it is like a bad campground experience, not horrible campground experience. Needs work, major work! The sewer smell inside there also just has to go, too. Takes away the kitschy fun and a couple of stars, too.

Breakfast all day but when in the drive thru I ordered Hamburgers at 10:59am «sorry we’re not serving lunch yet»…what…they don’t serve lunch for another 60 seconds. Was asked to go inside and wait. lol trapped in the drive thru I think I got out of the drive thru lane at 11:05am

We just went through the drive thru, Sunday, January 17 @ 6:40pm. We ordered 2 kids meals both with yogurt and apple slices. The digital menu SHOWED that order. They gave us fries. We told the little twit at the window we needed apples and yogurt. He told us to show our receipt. Listen up you little ahole, you’ve got the order on your screen! How dare you argue with a customer. We are the reason you have your job! I’ve never been so appalled at the lack of respect from some ignorant high school kid in my life! You better learn respect you arrogant know nothing kid or you’ll be standing on street corners for money. Absurd!

I came here expecting some decent service but oh my lord was I wrong. The order was totally off, the food was cold, and they gave no sauce for my big order. So please don’t ever come here!

So tired of the slow service. They constantly mess up the order. The inside is disgusting and dirty. They need to get a DM out here asap or people are just going to stop coming here. Its worth it to drive an extra mile to Arcadia where service and inside are top rated.

You never know how long you are going to be stuck in the drive thru. Late night hours service is worse: they often run out of food and the service is very unreliable. The food quality is below average, especially the fries.

Simpletons! These idiots can’t get a simple order right. And they want to increase their minimum wage? These morons have a hard enough time getting an order right!

This place is garbage, and always has been. They’re surprisingly slow, they’re discourteous, and they occasionally forget some stuff. For mediocre food, you’d expect some expertise in getting the basics right.
Also, don’t offer breakfast if it means I’ll have to wait an extra 20 minutes.

Worst place ever!!! the manager Dianna is so rude and disrespectful i went today for breakfast and she was rude to her employees treating them so mean yelling at them just cause a customer ask one of the employees to get more ketchup the employee move to get it and the manager Dianna started to yell at the employee she even had a customer yell at her for her rude attitude towards her employees… someone has to do something with this manager!!! it’s always the same thing!!!

Always drove by and wonder why the Mac Donald logo look so different from the original logo, why does it have a strike in the middle? Decided to have check it out.
Saw an article in MacDonald that it used to be called Air Dome bought by someone till Ronald MacDonald bought over and name it as MacDonald. The interior is pretty vintage, feels like I’ve stepped into the 80s, unlike the usual decorations of other MacDonald stores.
The only cons is, the portion of the Egg Muffin Burger is pretty small and the Big Breakfast portion is pathetic, supposed to be «big» but it wasn’t, it is so «small». Other than that, overall experience is good, service is good, place is clean.

Always clean with friendly employees. the front counter employees are attentive and they help you as soon as you walk up. managers even will steps up to take orders if you’re waiting. I come here often.

Went thru the drive thru. The food was fresh, the service was quick & courteous but they didn’t give us any ketchup. This is typical of McDonalds period. If you do not ask for ketchup they will not give you any.

Third pounder sirloin burger is a sorry excuse for a burger. Dry and flavorless… I only visit MD’s a couple of times a year and each time I come I remember why I shouldn’t be coming.
Food is over priced for the quality received.

We all have enjoyed McDonald’s for many years. But this particular location has in the past, had very spotty customer service. At times their associates have been down right nasty and almost hostile. Last night, we drove thru the drive up window and ran into Sierra. Ouch !!! What an attitude !!! She told us what the total was, and as she handed us our change, she was talking to her little friend next to her, and she dropped most of the change on the ground. At this point, she started to giggle like a 3 year old and just stared at us. I ask her very nicely to give us the correct, we had 5 cars in back of us, change and she said «it’s only change». When I asked her again for our complete change, she told me to get out of the car and get it myself, since she was NOT going to take anymore change out of her cash drawer.
We asked for the manager, a young black lady, who was NOT concerned in the least about the terrible treatment we had received from Sierra.
DO NOT patronize this location. The food’s OK and typical McDonald’s fair … but the customer service is HORRIBLE !!! I’d rate them a minus but Unilocal’s system only gives stars. This McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve one star !!!

I went to this McDonald’s in Monrovia, CA on 2÷6÷2015. It was my 1^st time there. The service was pleasant and quick. The place was decorated nicely for Valentine’s Day. I like McDonalds.

The milk that came with the Happy Meal was room temperature, which makes me worry about how they store any of their food here.
I had a 2 year old in my car who was ready to sleep and needed a quick something for lunch before he falls asleep. Ended up not being so quick. Unbelievably slow! They asked me to park in the parking lot to wait for my food.
After I got the food, When I asked for ketchup, the girl decides not to bring it. I see her from the window doing other stuff. Obviously, she doesn’t care that there’s a hungry 2 year old in the car. She looks like she’s still in high school, but she won’t get anywhere in life if she can’t even do a good job at McD :(sad sad.
Thank god that there’s another McD close by at Foothill and 2^nd. I won’t have to come here ever again.

I ordered Sausage Egg McMuffin, and received Sausage EGGLESS McMuffin!
That’s not cool, looks like I’m not the only one who experienced bad services at this location.

So we drove back later around noon time to buy some drinks. Since we returned, I decided to share my experience with the store manager. He apologized, and quickly signed off our next breakfast order at no charge. Now that’s excellent customer service! =)

2014 Unilocal 365 CHALLENGE — ⁶¹⁄₃₆₅
This is my go-​to McDonald’s since it’s down the street from me. They are always friendly, and the food is always good. Once, recently, my chicken nuggs were dry and gross. But other than that, I have always had a good experience here.

One of the nicer and cleaner McDonald’s I have ever been to. Came here after I got my car serviced down the street and decided to get breakfast. I wanted to try their new Egg White Delight McMuffin sandwich. I first thought about the drive through but since I haven’t dine in a long time, I might as well since this place looks bigger than your averaged sized McDonald’s. Parking was easy and there are plenty of parking. Drive-​thru is another good option if you don’t want to dine in since they have an employee standing outside to take your order. Though I think ordering through drive-​thru would’ve been faster since I waited about 10 mins for my order and it didn’t seem too busy inside.
The theme of this McDonald’s is a retro theme that brings you back to the 70’s feel not that I was born in the 70’s. The colors and the layout all seem to give you that 70’s disco feel which isn’t too bad since it was clean looking yet had a modern twist to it. I felt comfortable eating in which is a good thing since other McDonald’s I’ve been seemed older. Could be a mix of the people and the environment. With the new Egg White menu, McDonald’s definitely gives you a better choice to eat a healthier breakfast. If I was in the area, I wouldn’t mind coming back here. However, I’d do the drive-​thru next time.
