Fluffy ice! It was pretty cool, I’ve never had anything like it. I got my fluff ice from the food truck at a city event and I got ‘the classic’. It comes with condensed milk, strawberry and mango although they ran out of mango(boo). The price for the small is $ 5 which is a tad on the pricey side when I can get something similar like shaved ice for cheaper and more quantity. I’m not a big fan of super sweet treats so I feel like this was perfect for me. The condensed milk is the right amount of sweetness which I feel a lot of businesses fail to do. I’ll probably get it again if I’m near the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Terrible! Super bland, bad customer service! I could go on but I won’t. Skip this place — not worth your time or money.

Bad customer service. I saw two people walk in, and then leave because no one helped them. Staff is inconsiderate. The food, mediocre at best. Would not recommend.

This place is great! The shaved ice is like nothing I’ve ever tasted! Very unique and very tasty… and just changed their hours of operation for summer time! You haven’t experienced shaved ice until you have«Fluff Ice».

I regret I got the Groupon because I’ll have to suffer 4 more times…(be careful and read the fine prints next time) Even with the Groupon deal, I still feel the customers are not getting a good deal. Here’s why… First, the fluff ice really had minimal taste– you really need to have the condensed milk to make it somewhat ok. Unfortunately, I didn’t taste any in mine, even though I did request it. So, maybe they decided to skimp on mine because of my Groupon discount. Secondly, think about it, Yogurtland and/or regular Ice Cream really are more substantive– containing real yogurt or real milk and stuff. On the other hand, fluff ice is just frozen shavings of(I hope, naturally) flavored watery solution. Taste like really diluted«thingy» just really nothing to look forward to. Also, you don’t get to have the fun experience dispensing your own yogurt… ***so my conclusion*** Fluff Ice is charging us similar price as Yogurtland and other yogurt places, but giving us less flavorful less nutritious less fun product offerings. I do not recommend this place because there are far better choices just around the corner.

Saw this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try. Glad I did cuz the ice is like«Fluff Ice!» Several flavors and tons of toppings to choose from. Recommend the Taro! Would definitely come back!

Everytime I go to fluff ice, all the employees are so nice and thoughtful. It’s usually just one cashier doing all the work so cut them some slack if the service is not as fast as you want. I love coming here, but just a little bummed out that they cut their hours. They’ll still always have my business!

So delicious and absolutely incredible service from 2 guys on a Friday night. Very kind and helpful! Fluff was delicious, fruit was ripe, boba was well-cooked. Overall great experience

Ordered 2 large honey milk green tena with aloe vera. I gotta say, it was one of the worst honey milk green tea I ever drank. The drink was bland, no hint of green tea or honey. The most disgusting part was the aloe vera. I think it was either expired or extremely old because it tasted very sour, even when mixed in a supposedly«honey» tea. For the price, it was definitely NOT worth it. I ended up throwing away half my cup. Don’t think I will be back here.

Big portions and reasonably priced(I live in LA, the prices seem reasonable by LA standards). It did take a little while for the guy to make our fluff but that’s understandable. I think I’ll invest in a Groupon and come back a few more times!

A decent take on Taiwanese shaved ice(or Japanese kakigori, whatever floats your boat) Not as smooth as some of the others I’ve tried but the honeydew had a really nice light flavor. A variety of toppings are available. I had the lychee jelly and strawberries. Can’t go wrong with the berries but would likely substitute the jelly for something else if I return. Service was as others noted a bit slow but nonetheless manageable. This place was deserted on a hot summer day at dusk – perhaps a failure in marketing.

Good, but slow. During my visit I had ordered a blended Thai ice tea w/o boba and a lychee-mango with boba. The girl serving me said they were currently making boba and it would be ready in about 3 – 4 minutes. Longest 3 – 4 minutes ever. All in all everything was delicious and I would try again.

I just had Fluff Ice yesterday for the third time and it was really good! I came at about 12 and they didn’t have blue boba:(but i got strawberry fluff with baby gummy bears(tiny gummy bears) & strawberries & it was crAzy good! When they didn’t have the boba, they stamped an extra cloud in my Fluff Ice card to be fair;) the store is small but really clean and cutesy: p Coming back!

The place is cute. The slush taste good, but it can be costly for the amount you get.

*Food Truck* You can really taste the flavor in the ice so it’s yummy. But the PRICE is so expensive for a small and it’s pretty small. It was like about 4 spoonfulls for 5 bucks. If they change the price id try it again, otherwise I know other places that sell it, that are cheaper and there’s SO much more.

My favorite place when I want something cold and refreshing. My sister introduced me about a year and a half ago and I keep coming back. My favorite one is The Classic. Shaved ice with condensed milk and strawberries and mango topping. YUMMY! The service is great too. I’ve ordered 3 on a warm day and the guy puts it on ice for me to take to go! How awesome is that? They have free wifi and great music. Parking is easy and facility clean.

I’ve been seeing this place on social media around Monrovia but had yet to try it. I saw the food truck out on Sunday and decided to try it. I had a coupon in my Entertainment book for basically a BOGO free but I thought I should go to the actual location to use the coupon. Plus is was HOT outside! My first thought was they didn’t have very many flavors but luckily there were a few that caught my eye. Who knows, maybe more flavors in the future. I ordered the strawberry with fresh strawberries and gummy bears, drizzled with chocolate sauce. My mom ordered the mango with fresh mango and strawberries and hers was DELICIOUS! If I go back I’m definitely trying the mango. Not that strawberry wasn’t good, but something about mixing the mango and strawberry was amazing. We also ordered a third one to go for my dad. My mom and I decided to eat it there so they held on to my dad’s in the back to keep cold. When we were ready to go they packed it with ice so it stayed cold which I thought was really nice. They have free wifi here as well. This worked out for me since I lost my phone the previous night and only had my iPad. I was able to sit and eat my fluff ice and check up on what I’d been missing since the night before. I think maybe more seats in here would be nice. It wasn’t crowded at the time but I feel like if it does, they might need more chairs and tables. I also saw people play games, do they have games here? If so, thats awesome! Also, when you’re there post a pic of your fluff ice on social media(FB, Insta, Twitter, etc.), show the cashier and you’ll get some sort of coupon. I will be coming back when I’m in town!

This place isn’t worth it. It isn’t worth it even after purchasing a groupon deal for 5 vouchers worth $ 4 each. Every visit was stressful not knowing what they may charge you or what rules may change because the different employees have a different understanding of the deal. The ill-informed employees just stand firm arguing with you or say«I don’t know.» even though they had a different rule on how to use the groupon the previous visit. Deal or not, the ice is very soggy. It is much better quality at Salju and Class 302. At least shaved snow at the other places visibly look great even after a few minutes. The stamp card sucks too. You get a stamp for every $ 3 spent. When I wanted to get stamped for my voucher that was valued at $ 4. They said the value I truly paid was under $ 3 so I wouldn’t get a stamp. Stingy much? You really want me to come up with some more money on this mush? If the customer service and the value were a bit better then maybe I would spend the money. After using my vouchers and only obtaining 3 stamps, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to attempt 9 stamps just to get get my 10th dessert free. Cute shop, stingy concept, confusing menu. Not returning again.

I LOVEFLUFFICE!!! Snow cream, shave ice, fluff ice, whatever you call it, I am really really into it and Fluff has some of the best I have ever tasted! The décor and ambiance here is super cute, the guys working very nice, very clean and plenty of free and easy parking out front. I went with what I always do, mango«fluff» with mango and strawberry boba, condensed milk. The condensed milk really makes it, adds more sweet and creamy the the fruity fluff, the boba are just fun, really one of my favorite desserts ever! Prices are fair, I was a pig and got the large for $ 5.50, cuz it’s light, right? Who cares, it’s too good to worry about calories, go go get you some!!! Oh, in all the excitement I forgot my husband got a strawberry, mango, passionfruit(you add any 3 flavors you want) green tea and it was also very good, refreshing and tasty, nothing on the fluff though, get some!
