I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Half the price of some of their competitors and a much better job. This is the second time I’ve leveled the table and these guys did such a better job. Wont mention any names but the last place charged 380 to reset the slate level and re stretch the felt and the attention to detail was seriously lacking. Ace came in fixed some broken stuff on the table cleaned up the bad pocket cuts in the felt from the last guys, re-​leveled and put the whole table back together for less than half the price! If you have any doubts, dont these guys far out match their competeitors

This March we will be hosting our first ever Eight-​ball tournament at Casa Libre thanks to Ace Billiard Service who very generously donated a day of their time to help us restore our vintage pool table. For those unfamiliar with the process, it is an incredibly labor intensive endeavor and the materials are not cheap! These two guys did an amazing job moving a pool table that we bought for our basement. Not realizing that it would not fit down the stairs, the table needed to be taken completely apart and put back together. They did an outstanding job and were so professional. We got a pool table for free and called to have it moved. These guys are really smart and know everything about Pool tables. They did a great job. We had them replace the bumpers and felt. They didn’t over sell but offered lots of choices. Highly recommended.

Called to get my pool table felt replaced which was extremely damaged. Got the job done in in a couple of days and my table looks brand new, price was great and service was great. Color they recommended for my table was amazing and they replaced my damaged pockets as well. They also saw my table was not leveled and went ahead and leveled it. By far great service.

These guys are so great!!!
I work for an event production company called Partyworks. We needed a few Dynamo coin op pool tables restored for an upcoming event. The head repair guy, Hace (short for Jesus), was absolutely awesome! Now, we’re a company that has been in the business for over 20 years… and when it comes to repair vendors like Ace, we have too many in our book. Ace came highly recommended by a colleague and we’re so happy to exclusively use Ace from now on.
Some quick observations:
