Update: Just found out that Ross replaced my roller brush under the vacuum with a substandard part — not a Dyson part (which is what they removed). The roller they installed has thinner rows of shorter bristles. Cheesy rip off. They should’ve at least retained my removed parts until I picked up the vacuum and was satisfied with the repair. Clearly a business practice that benefits them at the expense of the customer.

My husband and I recently moved to Monroeville and brought along a washer and dryer that was given to us. We did not know if it worked or not and my husband and a friend stopped at Ross to get some wires and then hooked up the dryer. It didn’t work. I called Ross Appliance and spoke with someone yesterday and in under 24 hours had a service person at my home. He told my husband the dryer was broken and we needed a new one. He recommended a new, cheap brand and offered to waive the service charge since my husband was going straight back to the store to buy it. And since my husband and I are picking up the dryer overselves, they gave us a discount on the price of the dryer! Can’t beat old-​fashion good customer service. Ross is now my go-​to place for things I will need for my new home.
