Business Owner

Upon graduation Wendy worked in global sales and marketing for luxury brands in Pebble Beach and Carmel, CA. However, she continued representing clients as an ASID Interior Designer on a private referral basis through Monterey County up to Palo Alto.

An interest in land use, zoning, and local laws affecting property interests prompted her to apply for Law School. She attended Monterey College of Law where she was elected as Vice President and then President of the SBA, and earned an esteemed appointment as the Student Rep to the University Board of Trustees. Later, she transferred to Lawrence Drivon School of Law for a litigation internship. She graduated in 2013 with her Juris Doctorate. Honors: Top of Class in Real Property, Community Property, Criminal Law, Evidence, Criminal Procedure, and Wills and Trusts.

Working in Real Estate provides an opportunity to merge her passions in Architecture, Building Developments, Property Rights, Land Use, and the Law.
