The Rug Store

I recently purchased flooring for my kitchen and dining room from The Rug Store. I was amazed at the selection they had for us to choose from, including some in-​stock material that was very reasonably priced. The installers did an excellent job and I am so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend checking them out if you need flooring or carpeting.

We’ve used The Rug Store several times and have always had a great experience. Hershel was very accommodating and was familiar with all the details of each installation. We will use them again and would recommend them to others.

I just can not believe what a wonderful carpet experience I had with rug store.
I have a summer home in Highland Mills and needed carpet for 3n bedrooms and kitchen floors. I went first to major retailer (don’t want to mention name) and couldn’t find anyone to help me. Getting frustrated I went on my phone on Unilocal and found this Big warehouse full of carpet and rugs. I was met by Moshe the owner and his son Hershel who helped me find flooring in my budget. I told Moshe I need the carpet in a week and asked him when he can measure. I expected a 5 day wait and 8 hour time frame. Moshe said I can ride over there now and will meet you there in 15 minutes.
Moshe came down and measured and finalized the sale on the spot.
By next morning the installers showed up and made a beautiful job and also cleaned up all left overs and surprising they had a vaccum cleaner and left the place very clean.
I can not overcome how such a big size store had such wonderful honest people .

I chose the Rug Store over two «box stores» because the big stores had poor service, selection, availabilty and price. At the Rug Store, Moses was very helpful in offering me lots of choices for carpet that was good looking, wears well and affordable.
He even came to the house to measure THAT day! Installation was done within two weeks and looks great. I will definitely recommend to others.

I have purchased from this company a couple of times in the past years. This week they installed my purchase the next day at a fair price (The week of Christmas). Hard to het that kind of service from HD or Lowes.
They did a good job. I like going there.

I ordered a rug carpet with instructions to bind the borders. The store owner was very amicable and helpful. He gave me lots of suggestions. And kept in touch with me until the product was delivered to his store. He then delivered it to my house at no cost to me. The product was also as ordered. I plan to use this store for an other room.

The salesman were very knowledgable. Installers were very neat and on time, would shop there again.
