Making our home in the former Ruf’s Confectionery, a shop that operated for over 100 years until closing in March 2012, Rainbow Confections holds on to the charm of bygone days while introducing the finest popcorn, candy, ice cream and fudge to Monroe’s historic court house square.

Kristi is an accomplished entrepreneur having started four businesses in ten years, all of which are currently operating. She believes in giving back to the community while making sure that her businesses are sustainable. Kristi enjoys delighting her customers and seeing everyone leave with a treat and a smile.
