Garage door spring broke. Called around 4 and had someone out and my door fixed before 530! Will use again for the future. Even checked everything out and lubed everything.

Awesome! Scott showed up as promised. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately found the problem and very laboriously replaced the springs. Then detected another problem and had to replace the circuit board. All through, he was pleasant and answered all our questions patiently. Wife had just too many questions but he was patient and always smiling. He fixed all the problems, oiled the hinges, reprogrammed the remotes even for the 3^rd door. All said, I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this service since they pretty much helped me out with a garage door situation. As it turns out the spring broke on our 2 car garage door, trapping one of our cars inside for a while. The service that I tried to get out and look at the door in the beginning, scheduled an appointment (one of those time window appointments) and I waited and waited until I called them and found out they didn’t have me on schedule.
I call this place and they fit me in… luckily one of the service techs was leaving my neighborhood so he was there in 15min. Very complete in his inspection, the service tech gave me options as «bare minimum» to overhauling the whole door… I liked that he was able to work with me and «budget». All the parts were on his truck so he was able to get started and install a new spring. Door was working within the hour… he even looked at the garage door opener… and while we were testing it, the capacitor blew… he was able to replace that as well (even though it was just happenstance that he was there when the capacitor blew).
Super satisfied with my experience and would call these guys again in a heartbeat should anything else happen to my garage door (knock on wood).
