Poor service and business practices. Coffee was always good, but I will not be going back.

Bob sold the business to a woman in Bothell. Call it closed. The new owner is going to take down all the brickabrack. I assume the sale includes the space in Providence as well.

Came for something new and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been blessed(or cursed ;) with working next to a boutiquey style coffee shop that prides themselves on a beautiful cup of joe. Which has made it hard to enjoy most any other place. The customer service was great, they acknowledged my 3 year old with smiles and patience. I had an almond latte with flavor and it was just right. My hubs also had a cup of drip and really loved it! The inside was clean, cozy and had a beautiful view of the lake across the street. Will for sure come back when close by and recommend to others. Bonus was they even had a little electric fire place and board games!

Worst costumer service my husband and I have ever had at a coffee shop. They should not say they can make a drink with whole milk if they don’t actually have it. They mix half and half with skim milk. When we asked about it the girl gave us attitude, from that point we asked to have our money back. Then the other girl said something about this not being Starbucks. I kept my drink when in reality I should of returned it too. I got an Italian soda with the milk broken, really?!! U work at a coffee shop learn how to make a simple drink! And the breakfast sandwiches suck too, I guess Starbucks would have been a way better bet.

I decided to give this coffee shop another shot and for a while things were fine & now… Things are yuck! I ordered a Breakfast Bagel sandwich today and I wish I just had cereal at home! The quality of ingredients has gone down considerably! I was either eating a bagel with rubber cheese or velveta, either way it was gross. I took two bites and the cheese ruined the sandwich! I immediately wrapped it up and tossed it the first chance I got and ran into the grocery store for a quick snack instead! I do not recommend getting their breakfast bagels anymore!

Stopped in here while house hunting. First, I’m a total idiot for not getting the name of the barista working the morning of Sunday, October 11th. She was super nice, and when my wife & I told her we were house hunting she wished us luck and offered us a punch card ‘for when we became regulars after finding our house.’ That initiative is awesome. I had a 16oz mocha with English Toffee, and my wife asked for the same but with the barista’s choice for flavor. It ended up being Toasted Marshmallow. Those 2 coffees were made well, not too dark and pulled just right, and they got us through 4 houses and a fuel-up. Great coffee, friendly service — and hopefully we get the house we found and actually become regulars!

Baristas and coffee have been amazing, although they recently hired a male barista who just can’t seem to get my coffee right. Whenever made by this certain person it always comes out tasting like something from Starbucks… watery and disgusting. Not sure if it’s a training problem or this kid just can’t get it right but, beware. Food is great, I absolutely love their breakfast burritos. They are well worth the wait if they’re busy. All in all its a nice place to get a drink at and enjoy the atmosphere, whether inside or out… just watch who makes your drink.
Just okay experience for me. Bit I know that talking about coffee is like talking religion. Everyone if different. Me, I love low acidity and bold coffee. And I could not find it here. But if your are on tge sweeter side, I’ve heard from friends that lates are good.

Clean, comfortable and attractive atmosphere. The staff is quite friendly and welcoming. Admittedly, their coffee isn’t my favorite BUT that is just due to personal taste and not to their craftsmanship. The owner enthusiastically supports the community and he earns extra stars from me for that. Paesano’s is a bike ride from my house and they make our neighborhood better for being here.

Love this place! Barista’s are super sweet and make my drink to perfection. Unlike most coffee establishments they still have the rewards punch cards. The owner roasts his own coffee locally and seems to have hit the mark with this coffee snob. When they first opened it was not the best espresso in town. But they have quickly up-ed their game in Aces. They even make a decent dopio. My husband likes their breakfast sandwiches. I’m not a breakfast person so I can’t say. Pastry selection is basic and a little meh. The cookies are good and HUGE! They are the size of a baby’s head!!! But they are fresher than the pastries so go for it. Ambiance is decent in size but because of the construction it can get SUPER loud in there, fast. Nice little cozy-ish sitting areas, one next to a plug in fireplace.(Note: it’s by the front door, so that cozy fire is moot when people open the door.) WiFi is free and strong with lots of outlets. They are working on construction of a decent outside seating area, albeit small… it’s still nice to have. Oh, and dog friendly. Treats at the drive thru and if you ask for them at the counter with a fresh water dish outside.

Great coffee and service. For a nice neighborhood shop they offer a good variety of milk substitutes, large food menu, and the best brownies! I always order a almond milk latte and it is always good! We have weekly grouo meetings here for 2 plus hours and they are welcoming and accommodating! It gets busy but what good coffee shop doesn’t.

I didn’t have a drink from the coffee bar, so this is probably not the best review.(Had some tea and a pastry.) I was surprised at their tea prices, specifically the increase in price by size. I understand that the cup prices vary by size, but not as much as they were charging. Mostly though, the fact that they serve cheap-o tea that you can buy at the grocery store(Stash brand) means I should be getting a really cheap cup of tea. Am I right? The cooked to order food prices seemed fair, but the prepared food(e.g. bagels, cup of oatmeal) were higher than I would expect. There are several comfy chairs for lounging and a few tables for doing work or meetings. IT was a little cooler than I would prefer, probably because of the draft from the drive thru window, which you can feel. The people were nice, though they seemed to have a lot of staff on hand given the how slow business was(I was there for a few hours and they never seemed busy).

When the right staff is there, this place is second to none… When they aren’t, it’s a bit of a train wreck. The coffee is great when you are charged the correct amount and given the right thing. The one thing to kill for is the bosses breakfast bagels. They are made fresh daily until 11. That said, if the wrong folks are there, you probably will pay a bit extra and you’ll be lucky to get the right drink.

So happy to find this place. Friendly crew, calm and relaxing, everything Starbucks isnt. The coffee is excellent. The apple fritters are so good. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow.

Bought a bag of their Sorriso beans and made a cup of coffee using it and a Keurig. Best cup of coffee… possibly ever. One criticism would be that they seemed understaffed during busy times with one person having to take care of both the drive through and front desk, leading to some delay. Not a big issue but without that this place would rival any coffee shop.

Literally the best Chai! not watery at all and full of flavor. They make their own in-house blend, it’s amazing.
