Business Owner

My name is Amanda Fredericks and I am an advid animal lover. I was raised on a farm, and have always been surrounded with animals from, cows, goats, chickens, ducks and rabbits, I learned at an early age the responsibilty of taking care of animals. Friends and family say I whisper to animals and have a natural gift to be able to talk to them.

Starting off small I offered pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. Slowly building my clientel and branching out. At the age of 20, I worked as a kennel attendant at a boarding kennel with over 175 dogs for 2 years. I loved my job! The past 5 years I spent working under the wing of a Southbury, CT dog trainer. Assisting in the care and training of client dogs. I felt very rewarded watching dogs flourish in their training. Once I turned 25, I was working full time careing for Thoroughbred Horses. With my free time in the afternoons I began offering dog walking to earn an extra income. The business got to the point where I was in such dem
