Monroe Pediatrics

I am a huge fan of this office. The best doctors I have found since we moved here almost two years ago. I would highly recommend Dr. Dedizk, Dr. Jensen and Dr Kabwala. I am not a fan of Dr Goldstein though. I always feel like we are bothering her and her bedside manner needs A LOT, I mean A LOT of work. I always feel like we are doing something wrong by coming in. Just not the type of stress I need when my kid is sick. I also love that they have a sick side and a well side. The front desk ladies on the sick/​general side are extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. The well side front desk really do not have a good understand of insurance and that always seems to be an issue. The billing office (an outside company) is a nightmare though. They are always sending me bills and have no idea what they are doing. On two occasion I called and explained they were billing me incorrectly and they refused to listen. I ended up having a conference call with them and my insurance. They had to explain it over and over that they were not allow to Bill a patient more than the allowed amount on an EOB. She really struggled to understand but eventually I was able to clear it up with the office manager, who, is also very nice. The billing staff in the office are pleasant and easy to work with. I have also needed a few letters for my sons school and, Alice, who takes care, of that has always been able to assist me. Also, extremely sweet. Overall a very good practice. I would definitely recommend them.
