I understand why some people do not like the owner, he’s definitely a character and a little intimidating at first but he’s a great guy. And I will say that he has been immensely more helpful than the post office has ever been to me. Yes he’s a little rough around the edges but I will go to him any day before I ever went back to the post office where I can barely have the workers make eye contact with me. He treats his loyal customers with respect and always makes sure packages are extra secure before they are sent out. Been a frequent customer for years

I had a very positive experience dealing with the proprietor. He saved me 45% on my shipping costs! And I thought he was a perfectly delightful person to deal with. I read the other reviews, went in with an open-​mind and was treated like gold. I have the sense that Joe handles the shipping needs for many local businesses and I can see why. I have friends that deal with him routinely and they’re also very pleased.

Was just in here the other day. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Albeit he’s somewhat of a character but overall a good experience. His pricing is very reasonable and lines WAY shorter than the post office!!!

The owner is a terrible, crass, low-​minded fool with no sense of how to deal with other human beings. This man doesn’t need a business; He needs a bib and a rattle. The location is extremely convenient but in 4 visits, I’ve heard him yell at customers 2 times and complain about profit per package. Zero social skills. It’s infantile. When you go to work, go expecting to work.
