Very nice senior citizen’s retirement community. Next to the Catholic Church, the apartments consist of a bedroom with a bath and a small walk-​in closet. There is also a small refrigerator in each room.
Monthly rent includes heat, electricity, water, cable and three meals a day. The tenants also get a medic alert pendant in case they have a medical emergency. This is not a nursing home, but it provides a nice place for seniors of modest means.
There is a community room for group activities and a dining room. The food is excellent and gives you two choices for your main meal. Staff is courteous. There is also a coin laundry on premises.
Tenants need to be 55+ and of limited income before being approved. Those who are able to walk can go to town or use a shuttle with scheduled stops.
