Temps are in the mid-​90s so when our a/​c went out, it was definitely an urgent situation. We had decided against calling a company after hours for fear of being charged hundreds of dollars extra. We made it through the night and called a few companies the following morning.
Loganville HVAC had the best prices and were super friendly on the phone. Other companies wanted to charge over double just to come out and see if there was an issue and over double for freon per pound. In addition to having low prices, Loganville HVAC doesn’t charge any of that visit fee if they determine there needs to be work done, where as some companies charge half that fee in addition to an hourly labor charge. Loganville HVAC’s hourly rate is super reasonable.
We were told that they would come within a two hour window and they were here an hour into that window. Our service tech was friendly and efficient. He was done within an hour. Payment is done by cash or check.
We’ll definitely call Loganville HVAC next time and recommend them to anyone. Whether or not you choose Loganville HVAC, our best advice is to call multiple companies and get quotes for visit fees, labor and any possible additional charges (e.g. freon).
