DO NOT GO THERE! Not ranting, venting, etc., just stating the facts.
We finally got our car back after 3 WEEKS, but it wasn’t fixed. They kept giving us the runaround about the delay; was even told our car was «being a problem child». At one point, we were told the trans had to be redone because the «tech felt he didn’t do a good enough job the first time»! Took our 1^st car there prior for repairs for transmission fluid leak. told us it was the hoses, they fixed it for $ 500. While the 2^nd car was there, it started leaking again. Notified them and was told to bring it back in, it probably needed to be tightened again. Took it in after we got the other car back to have them tighten the fittings and was told that wasn’t the problem, the transaxle was leaking. When asked why they changed the hoses, was told because that’s what the problem was and apologized for not seeing the leak with the axle. Of course, it will cost more for the transaxle. We are taking the car elsewhere. They don’t know what they are doing there! Also, they only accept cash… found this out after the fact. Had to give a star rating in order to post, but in reality, it should be –5.
