We needed to have our hot tub serviced and the company we bought it from has since gone out of service. So I called Carolina Pools In Matthews NC. The lady that runs it said that she used J & J Spa Services, We called them. Jason was very responsive and gave me a time that he would come and evaluate our leaks. He showed up and gave me a written estimate. Very professional and courteous. He came back today to finish the job with his Father, also a very nice man. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their Hot Tub. Great Company, Great Service
