Dr. Stephen B. Knoff
Below is a brief bio:
Dr. Stephen B. Knoff has been in practice in Puget Sound since 1992. He completed his surgical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1990, and graduated from the University of Detroit Dental School in 1980. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Knoff served 12 years in the U.S. Navy.
Since 1996, he has been chairman of the Dental Department at the Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. He was an officer of the Washington State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons for four years, and president of the organization from 1996 – 1997.
He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
