Great prices, great service; never had a problem with them. As to the naysayers, these days, I think people are just too demanding. They want perfection. There are no perfect companies; there are no perfect people; I also think sometimes customers almost delight in calling a company on the carpet for a perceived misdeed. Sometimes, a turbulent soul reaps what it sows.

I have ordered from Filter Fast 3 times, 3 filters each time for my refrigerator, and I was always happy with the products as well as the delivery. About their prices, I have done a lot of homework, and Filters Fast has the lowest prices among good rated companies.
I have found several other places that have lower prices than Filters Fast, but when I checked their reviews, they were all very badly rated.

Have purchased AC filters from them multiple times. They deliver extremely quick and sell high quality 3M super allergy type filters for pennies on the dollar compared to buying the brand names from Lowes/​Home Depot.

I use their Heating & AC filters, and they are excellent quality and extremely reasonable. And when I was needing some help, I contacted them via email and received a quick response and they answered all my questions. I bought a water filter replacement cartridge. After 8 days, a box came with something completely different from what I ordered. Because I was going to be gone for a business trip the next week, I asked them to expedite a replacement product to me asap (so my family isn’t stuck with low water pressure and a non-​functioning water filtration system for the week that I’m gone). It took 12 days for that second package to arrive!!! And it would’ve taken longer if they hadn’t changed the shipping to 2 day shipping. So let’s do the math:
If the package arrives 12 days after they told me they’d expedite a new filter and it was shipped with 2 day delivery, then it took their company 10 days to go from responding to a customer service email to putting the filter in a box.
I came home from my business trip to even lower water pressure, a still non-​functioning water filtration system, and a rather uncomfortable family.
I will never buy from Filters Fast ever again.

They shipped my Pentek water filter without the O ring gasket and I received the gasket about a week and a half later and you can’t install it without the gasket.
In the past they have always shipped them together and I have been doing business with Filters Fast for years. I was told when I called to complain that they have no control over the shipping department and they would make a note on my file.

We have ordered filters from «Filters Fast» since December 2013, and we are very pleased with their filters, the cost, and their service. I don’t understand why 5 days shipping is a reason to give a company one star. I order in advance so that the 5 days is not an issue. We are very happy with these filters, and the cost is very reasonable compared with what retail stores charge. I would highly recommend this company. We have never had a problem with shipping or receiving our orders. We just buy the filter for our refrigerator and buy 3 at a time to receive free shipping. We have looked at the filters after 3 month’s use and can see all of the «gunk» they filter out, and the water tastes great compared to our tap water.

Don’t trust the Google store experience, this company is absolutely terrible. I ordered several filters both through Amazon from this company, and through their website. The items ordered through Amazon came severely delayed with no explanation, while the filters ordered through their website never came. At first they said nothing, until I inquired which they told me it was ‘backordered’ and would take 2 more weeks. So I wait 3 weeks, then contact them again, again I get told they’re backordered and will be a month out. So I wait a month and a half, still giving them the benefit of the doubt. Here it is, a new year, over 3 months after the fact, and finally I told them just to cancel if they aren’t actually going to ship them. They said they’re still delayed but are canceling my order. No apologies, nothing. At this point I’m hoping they actually issue a refund and don’t make me go through my bank.
Total.Scam. Avoid at all costs if anyone else can provide your filters.

They should remove «Fast» from their name. Customer service is terrible and they say they ship UPS, but USPS delivers it. I will not use them again.
