C Don Filer Agency

Started out great — personable and professional. All of my cars, trailers and my house covered by Pemco, set-​up by Filer. Added a new car but unfortunate for me, she failed to mention that I had too many cars for a single policy — so she started a second policy… which I didn’t know to pay — insurance lapsed — and now it’s my problem. As a new, significant customer with no claims in 20 years and for a small town agent, I would have expected a phone call — but nope. I called Pemco and demanded that they remove C. Don Filer from my account. I will likely be dropping Pemco entirely since they didn’t seem to care that their agent caused the issue. I can serve-​my-​self without an agent with other insurance companies — with far better coverage and rates. I don’t recommend Filer.
