History

Established in 1956.

Buscemis Pizza was started in Detroit, MI in 1956 by a man named Paul Buscemis. The original Italian «Torpedo» was the first Italain style submarine sandwich in the Detroit area. Through year of experiments Paul perfected a sauce recipe which is still in use today. Our world famouse sauce, fresh cheese, and quality ingredients go into all our pizzas. Buscemis has proudly been a Monroe favorite since opening a store in 1989.

I’m Larry proud owner of Buscemis Pizza in Monroe. I started working at Buscemis in Monroe in 2002 as a delivery driver. Through hard work, dedication I have worked my way through the ranks and now own the Pizza place i have known and loved for 11 years. Together with the help of my great family and crew members we strive to continue to bring Monroe the best tasting pizza at a great price.

I am very disappointed in you guys. I have been a very loyal customer for years. I normally get pizza from you guys 3 – 4 times a week. I will no longer get any pizza from you. horrible customer service didn’t get what I ordered. The worker argued with me. I’m very upset but will take my business to jets or Tiffanys since they respect their customers and get my order right.

The best pizza in Monroe. The prices are really reasonable (7 bucks for a large) compared to many pizza chains around. The sauce is fantastic. The staff is fast and friendly. I’ve eaten at many pizza places and Buscemis is one of the few with a high consistent quality. Try it at least once, it is HIGHLY recommended.

Buscemi’s is the best pizza in town. They’re one of a rare few pizza places that know how to sauce a pizza. They have a full menu of sandwiches, wings and subs and their delivery is fast and friendly. We get Buscemi’s once a week and it’s the only place I ever recommend for pizza.

The Best in Monroe (in my opinion) !!!
This establishment has fast and friendly service. I’ve never had a wrong order, and its always ready when they say it will be. Of course the pizza and subs are awesome too. They use fresh, quality ingredients so anything you choose off of the menu you’ll be pleased with.
If you’re in the mood for Subs, this is the place to go. Forget about Sub (standard)Way. If I wanted to tell somebody each little thing I wanted on my sub sandwich, and get a handful-​size bag of chips, I’d make it at home. LOL.
Overall, I love Buscemis !!! You should give them a try too. You won’t be disappointed. :D
