Established in 2007.

Apex Legal Group, PLLC began in 2007 by Jason Kaczmarek and Sajid Khan. Apex Legal Group has it’s headquarters in Monroe, MI, but handles legal matters in the entire southeastern, Michigan area, including Monroe County, Wayne County, Washtenaw County, Lenawee County, Macomb County and Oakland County.

Business Owner

Jason D. Kaczmarek is originally from Monroe County Michigan. He attended Bedford High School, followed by attaining a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University in 1995. Jason graduated from the University of Toledo Law School in 2002. He has been practicing law since 2003 and is certified in the State of Michigan and in the U. S District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
