All About Hardwood Floor Company was established in 1994 by Doug Hall of Monroe, OH. Doug has worked in the hardwood flooring industry since 1986, and started his own Company in 1994 to better serve his customers with all their hardwood flooring needs.

Doug Hall graduated from Monroe High School and began working for his brother in the hardwood flooring industry while attending the University of Cincinnati where he received his Bachelor Degree from the College of Arts and Sciences in 1991.
