Ideal Catering is an off-​premise catering service located in the Central New Jersey area. With many years of experience cooking scrumptious foods for large numbers of people, we can customize your menu to fit your budget.

Mike is the owner and Cherryl is the working operator of this family-​owned catering business.

History

Established in 2010.

Serving middle New Jersey area (Middlesex, Monmouth, Union, Somerset counties) Ideal Catering LLC is an off-​site catering service that fills the gap that local pizzerias, delis, and catering companies lack these days — personalized service, delicious food, beautiful presentations & generous portions that will make you wonder why you didn’t do this sooner.

You can expect prompt, courteous and informed service with the helpful guidance of Cherryl, the chef/​managing partner, from start to finish. You decide how many bells and whistles will make your life easy and your event a success. You can opt for wait staff, bartenders, clean up staff, delivery, set up and more… And by the way, the bells and whistles are surprisingly affordable.

Cherryl never went to a party without a dish in hand. With a strong passion for cooking (you’ll always find Cherryl in the kitchen or at the sink washing up dishes at a party); and at the urge of family and friends, Ideal Catering LLC was established. Over the years she perfected everyday dishes and specialty dishes from her own recipe collection & those of family and friends permitted to be incorporated into her menu.

With over 15 years of cooking for large family gatherings and helping out friends with fund-​raisers, there has never been an unsatisfied guest. Even the children respond well to her cookig. Ideal Catering LLC has grown primarily by word-​of-​mouth.
