At Absolute Dance Center, our goal is to service the local community by educating individuals in the art of dance in a safe and welcoming environment.

Absolute Dance Center offers classes from beginner through advanced levels to accommodate a range of ages and abilities.

The studio has two fully functional dance rooms both equipped with raised dance floors to ensure shock absorption. This helps to reduce the risk of injury and enhance the dancer’s performance. There are also viewing windows in each studio for parents and family member’s convenience.

History

Established in 2008.

The current location of Absolute Dance Center began as Linda Jandoli’s Dance Studio, it evolved over the years with different owners. It is currently owned by Jacqueline Bishop. In our 6^th year of operation, we continue to offer a variety of dance classes for Monroe Township and surrounding communities.

Ms Jackie began her studies at former Rockette Linda Jandoli’s School of Dance which later became Absolute Dance. Ms Jackie has been dancing for over twenty years and has studied the art of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Pointe, and Hip Hop. She continued her dance education by attending classes in New York City. This foundation led to many successful endeavors including finishing first place in various competitions, acceptance into Middlesex County Arts High School, Radio City Rockette Intensive, and acceptance into Montclair Sate University’s dance program.

Ms Jackie completed a Bachelors Degree from Montclair State University as a Communication Major and Dance Minor. There she studied Ballet, Modern, Improvisation, and Laban Movement. In 2009 Ms Jackie became the new owner of Absolute Dance Center and has since had the privilege of working with and challenging dancers of all ages.
