Into the Swim

I dont know of any sports recreational organization for kids that makes their locations unknown for” safety” unless they are doing shady business like this «swim» place.
Initially I wanted to contact the Better Business Bureau but I couldnt find a concrete address to lodge my complaint. I never refused to accept what they had to offer. Life happens and I needed another day for my kids instead of Sat. After a whole bunch of nonsense with them NOT returning my money, they ensured me that they would contact me when they had the schedule for the new cycle but they never did. I FOLLOWED UP right before the new cycle and shortly after and left a message and no one returned my call. I DON’T understand how Becky would state in her comments that I need to reregister. Why would I do that if I am already registered and on a waiting list for the next cycle. Honestly after my sour experience with the extremely rude woman whose name I have forgotten because this was a while ago, I didnt want to deal with your business or a person like that. I DON’T recommend this business at all. Dont give your money to any business that cant provide a location and doesnt follow up with prospective clients.
