This place is very nice however the service I got was horrible! Today I went for an oil change I ask the African guy how much for an oil change he was completely rude and pointed at the sign and made me back up and check. Then I said I’ll take the regular please and he looked at me very unhappy to serve me. He still argued with me about a Carwash when I said I don’t need one cuz I’m in a hurry. He kept telling me it’s free, I said I don’t care I just need a oil change guy… Why argue with me, ??? Really??? It’s clearly obvious he hated his job and I don’t want anyone working on my car with that attitude. I hope the owner is aware of these issues… What the heck? I just want an oil change, simple… Anyway, I drove 5 miles down south and found a place called OIL WELL in cranbury I’d drive further any day than this place… I’ll try them back next year, hopefully the guy got fired.

Good car wash, terrible customer service. I purchased a groupon for 3 washes at this location. Great deal. However, the last time I visited I got my car washed and realized TWO pairs of sunglasses were missing. When I called to ask if they had fallen out the number was disconnected. I then sent a facebook message and still have not heard back. Terrible management. What business publishes the wrong phone number?

New management is rude and has zero customer service skills. I understand they took over the business and are refusing to honor prior coupons already purchased. This was news to me when I got to the cashier, who suggested I speak to management about my now defunk pre-​paid coupons, who then began to berate me for not knowing they weren’t accepted since July, after I told him I was a regular customer and had been using them throughout without issue. What they should understand is that when you take over a business you also inherit their customers. Don’t treat them with respect and they will not return.

I used a groupon to get my car wash. I liked it so I got their club deal which allows you to pay a certain price for unlimited car washes. I decided to cancel my monthly membership because it became too expensive and the quality of the washes was becoming poor. I was told by the cashier that I had to fill out a slip to have Ray (the manager) stop billing my credit card. Well months later I was still being billed and no matter how much I called or showed up there, Ray was never available. I had to take the fight to my credit card company. I will never again go to this car wash and neither does my husband.

Horrible job, horrible service and staff!
I waited for 20 minutes in line. I purchased a premium car wash. The staff started drying the car off so I asked them why the wheels were not washed or shined as per the package and I was rudely told that it is additional $ 3. The wash itself was not done properly as there was still so much residue left on the car. When I asked for it to be removed I was given more attitude before someone proceeded to clean it and then when I asked them to dry the car off properly and not leave water spots, the staff just got straight up nasty!
They basically give you the same low level service no matter what wash you purchase. There is nothing that sets this place apart. Infact, they are the worst car wash experience I have ever had! I would never come back here again for a wash or anything else for that matter.

This guy is a jerk. The sign says free car wash with oil change. After I got the oil change, he says the wash is NOT free because it’s a fleet car. Since my company paid for the oil change, he didn’t honor his ad. Why does he care where the money comes from. FYI, he got paid the same amount of money. So, I paid for the wash myself and turns out the wash was horrible.

I take my car here to get a oil change whenever it is due. I love it. You pull right up get out and they just say the same as last time and I say yes and within ten mins they are done. They check all my fluids n windshield wipers. Then I get a free car wash after! Only place I will go for my oil changes now!

This car wash was good. I drove right up and they vacuumed my car very well. They used a chemical to get the bugs off my car. I paid for full service at $ 12. They have much higher prices but I only drive a Nissan Sentra.
