I had the worst customer service from the owner of SailTime Annapolis, Gordon Bennett. He had priced out a sailing school for me then went back on his ability to do what he promised and priced out. He then claimed that I wasn’t clear with him which was not the case. He messed up and instead of admitting to it he became angry on the phone and was very nasty. I would never give business to someone with such poor customer service. There are several other sailing schools in Annapolis and I hope after reading this review people choose them over SailTime.
