McDonald’s

While the food here is generally decent quality for McDonald’s, their drive-​thru has got to be one of the worst I’ve ever been in. I don’t know that there is really a good time of the day to be in it. If I can, I try and go inside since I’ve always had good service inside. When I can’t, which is usually after work, when everyone else in retail is also getting off of work, I tend to sit at least 5 – 10 min in the drive-​thru. It always seems like they are understaffed at night and with the drive-​thru only having one lane, you can’t even escape if you’re tired of waiting all night for your food. If you have to go, go early and inside.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the Quad Cities, 90% of the kids that work there are disrespectful punks! The managers could care less about their employees or doing their job right! This mcDonalds is truly pethetic!
HIRE SOME PEOPLE THAT HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR THERE JOB!

It’s Mcdonalds. You get what you should expect. Usually the drive thru moves pretty well. The play place is fun, but it smells like ass.

I AM BOYCOTTING THE MCDONALDS ON 16TH ST IN MOLINE!!! HOPE YOU ARE WITH ME ON THIS!!! No one answered at the speaker, after waiting for 5 mins I went to the window where I sat behind another vehicle waiting for 15 mins… when I got to the window she told me my total… I told her that I don’t have a total because nobody took my freakin order yet… I asked her if they were being robbed… she said no… I asked her if someone got hurt and was in need of an ambulance… she said no… I asked for her manager… the manager came to the window and I asked her why the service was completely awful this evening… she said they were understaffed… I said so you only have two people working tonight. she said yes… looking in the window I see at least 4 employees… I told her that I wanted her supervisors number… she took 5 minutes to write it down… I said that this was the WORST service I have EVER HAD and I will be calling her boss… I drove away… she screamed as I drove away «AT LEAST I HAVE A JOB»!!! I blared my freaking horn… went to the McDonalds on the AVE and asked for the owners names… Oh I WILL be calling and giving them a piece of my freaking mind… Without words on how ticked off I am. I will NEVER EAT AT THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN. If it wasn’t for my husband wanting a freaking McRib on his Birthday and wanting another before they stop selling them I would never eat at McDonalds EVER AGAIN!!!
